I went here for lunch with a coworker. When we walked in no one greeted us. We wondered if maybe they weren't open. Had to walk up to the registers to find a worker at all. In hindsight we probably should have just left. But behind the register was a somewhat nice lady who took our orders. We paid, sat down and she brought us our drinks. We had both ordered starry. There was no syrup in those drinks what so ever. We replaced them with iced tea. Then a smell kind of hit us. Sewer smell. Like hey get your septic system checked. So we did our best to ignore it because we had ordered and paid already. Finally the food comes. My coworkers personal pan was OK she said but a little hard. Her wings were fine, but not very hot, just warm. My tasted good, but was cold in the center. Its like all their food is microwaved. The best thing we had was the breadsticks that came with my pasta. Other than that nothing was very good. We ate, we chatted, and left. In the car we talked about never going there again. No one else came in or out of the place while we were there. So I guess this just isn't yhe spot. This is my second time in Williamston and my second food disappointment. Where oh where do the locals eat? Because thus far, you guys have nothing.

You have to order your food at the counter. There's no real plate or utensils. Someone might bring your food to your table if someone is free. If not, you go get it. They charge for a container, 2 tablespoons, of sauce. And then they want a tip.

I don't know how they stay in business! Twice in the last month I have placed and paid for an order online, only to get there and be told my order was never made. They won't get another dime out of me!

March 2025 Pizza Hut was purchased from another company. New employees, don't know if they kept any of the irresponsible ones. Let's see how it goes. Edited: May 2025 Went last night and what a difference! The sticky floor is gone, there is more light. Employees sweeping the floor, respectful customer service. We got our Pizza Hut back. Go in with the family like the old days. Thank you, thank you new management. Enjoy

I ordered a cheese pizza and 2 slices only had sauce and the drinks was waters down
Ordered a take out large pan pizza with chicken, ham, green pepper, and pineapple. After ordering I received a call that they did not have any large pan pizza, I was told we could get a medium pan or a large hand tossed crust. I finally agreed to a medium pan pizza. ( The woman said you will still get 8 slices of pizza, to which I replied but those 8 slices of the medium pizza are smaller than the large pizza )My friend went to pick it up. There was no ham on the pizza and on the 3 pieces that were put on my plate there was exactly one tiny piece of chicken 2 pieces of green pepper which were on one slice, the whole pizza was mainly pineapple. This isn't the first time there have been issues when ordering at this pizza hut but it will be the last time we will not order here again.

I ordered the melt, side and drink meal. Went to the window to pick up. I checked my food before leaving. Once I seen this melt had basically no cheese, it was hard and I no sauce. When I showed the lady at the window how it looked, I was told they have a cup to measure the cheese and I would have to pay $1.17 for a sauce that it should have came with. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. (It wasn't Diane). The lady called the cook to the window, when I'm explaining it to her she just stood there with a blank look on her face. When I asked to have another made with cheese on it all I received was eyes being rolled at me. Needless to say the food went in the trash, now I'm out of my money and left with no food on my lunch break. This isn't the first time orders have been bad at this location, but chose to give them another chance! This place will never get better as long as it has the management team and employees that are currently there!

Absolutely the worst pizza hut I have ever been in.. tables were sticky and talk about service there wasn't any.. was told that they didn't have a server so we would have to order up front, and then we could take a seat... no big deal, they at least brought the pizza to the table but in a to go box and paper plates.. our group was the only one eating in there, and they never once said anything to us but had plenty of time to talk and cut up with each other... as far as the pizza... ordered hand tossed crust and it was not cooked all the way, but the wings were ok. Store needs a manager that takes pride in the store and it customers . If there's no server he or she should have taken care of us.
