I ordered the melt, side and drink meal. Went to the window to pick up. I checked my food before leaving. Once I seen this melt had basically no cheese, it was hard and I no sauce. When I showed the lady at the window how it looked, I was told they have a cup to measure the cheese and I would have to pay $1.17 for a sauce that it should have came with. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. (It wasn't Diane). The lady called the cook to the window, when I'm explaining it to her she just stood there with a blank look on her face. When I asked to have another made with cheese on it all I received was eyes being rolled at me. Needless to say the food went in the trash, now I'm out of my money and left with no food on my lunch break. This isn't the first time orders have been bad at this location, but chose to give them another chance! This place will never get better as long as it has the management team and employees that are currently there!

Absolutely the worst pizza hut I have ever been in.. tables were sticky and talk about service there wasn't any.. was told that they didn't have a server so we would have to order up front, and then we could take a seat... no big deal, they at least brought the pizza to the table but in a to go box and paper plates.. our group was the only one eating in there, and they never once said anything to us but had plenty of time to talk and cut up with each other... as far as the pizza... ordered hand tossed crust and it was not cooked all the way, but the wings were ok. Store needs a manager that takes pride in the store and it customers . If there's no server he or she should have taken care of us.

I called in an order. 10 minutes later, they called me and were out of a topping I wanted. I only wanted 2 toppings. It was very pricey....$18 for a medium pizza! I changed my topping to a different one, only one and still got charged $18. Pulled up to the drive thru 20 minutes later and it wasn't ready. They had put in the wrong pizza. I was asked to pull over and wait. 15 minutes later my pizza was brought out to me along with a $15 store credit. It still didn't make the pizza good. It was fair

This place is absolutely disgusting! The floor is sticky, and the tables are dirty and sticky. Even the condiments containers on the table were filthy. Staff didn't act as if they wanted to work. The place was empty, which should have been a sign to leave immediately. Staff looked unkempt. I WILL NEVER, EVER, go back. And I don't see this place staying open much longer if this is the standard of operations. I took a picture of management contact. Then I was told by another business that they have gotten plenty of customers that complain about pizza hut. SMH... it's very sad. We were told we needed to sign a contract if we had at least 10 people. I was very confused about signing a contract when we were planning to eat in. Let's just say they missed out on a group of people who spent over $200, including tips. We went to Mama's Pizza instead.

Haven't ordered in a long time. Decided to get a stuffed crust pizza and cheese sticks and it was absolutely the WORST pizza I have ever had. The dough isn't crispy, entirely soaked in grease and the cheese in the crust was absolutely horrible. The sauce had a nasty sweet flavor too. The cheesesticks however were so crusty, that we could barely chew them on the edges...Wasted $35 on this garbage. Doubt I'll be back...

Mmmmm. Haven't been to Pizza Hut in decades. Ordered the personal pan pepperoni. A little skimpy on sauce and cheese but either it was delicious or I was hungry. They have salad bar from 11:30 to 1:30 Monday through Friday.

You would think a "Supreme " pizza would be well covered in toppings. NOT SO! Barely had any meat or veggies. Very stingy with the toppings. Looks nothing like picture's in their advertising.
I don’t know anyone at Pizza Hut, and they don’t know me . Every time I order pizza from here they burn my pizza on purpose and serves it to me. I had my mom order one day to make sure it wasn’t in my head. She’s married with a different last name as me . She ordered and never receive burned pizza. Every time I order mines be burned. I did nothing always respectful . My first time eating there the manager I don’t know her name was nasty to me for no reason. Rolling her neck talking smart and I didn’t get out of character. I should’ve stop going like my mom told me but I decided to go and go through drive through. Everyone I place an order with my name they make sure they burn my pizza. I don’t deserve this ! Like I stated I don’t know these people and they don’t know me. I just moved here to williamston not too long ago . Imma stop going. I can’t keep putting with this . I don’t go through this with other restaurants!
