This place is a hidden gem!! Off the beaten path. There's a Billboard on thehighway. But you don't accidentally drive by this place. If you happen to be looking for an awesome no frills steakhouse, this is it. They have a rad salad bar. I know it has iceberg lettuce, but the smoked oysters make up for that!! They had a huge selection of fresh items. Real bacon, mixed deluxe salted nuts, raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, eggs, veggies and more! We ordered a 20 oz. Ribeye. The Mac n cheese and red mashed potatoes were excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly, no extra fat, tender, juicy and the best I've had since I can remember.

I dined at Ribeye's several times as I have stayed at the HIE for work the past 2 weeks. I ate pork chops with macaroni and cheese, beef tips w/ gravy and a mushroom and cheese burger with fries. All the food was good, although they are a little heavy handed with the salt for my preference, I still really enjoyed my meals. The real star is the salad bar, it has so many options that I enjoyed it one night as my dinner with an appetizer. I also enjoyed the old fashioned and the wine selection. Waitresses were super friendly, anticipated needs and made sure everything was to my liking. Service overall was outstanding! The atmosphere is pleasant for a group or individual diners. I will continue to eat here when I am at HIE staying while traveling for work.

I was convinced to order short ribs.I bought three dinners, Everyone. Got diarrhea... Three crab cake dinner, the crab cakes were dry, not very tasty. I wouldn't recommend.

Because I came with a large group our menu was limited. A sweet potato, 6. oz steak , bread and salad. I was traveling and this was the first real meal all day. Cost 37.98 the question was it worth it ? 👎 only thing I can say is don't go as a group ever..It was my first time eating at Ribeyes and I assure you it will be my last.

Had a delicious steak burger with a macaroni and cheese side, which was also tasty. Great charcoal grill flavor on the meat.
On the negative side the restaurant felt like an icebox. it was way too cold in there to even eat your meal comfortably.

The chef, Ty Scott, prepared our steaks perfectly. We had different temperatures and both were perfect. That just doesn't happen anymore. Please do whatever it takes to keep him! Our server Tristin was also fantastic. My husband and I will continue to eat here whenever we visit.
