This place is a hidden gem!! Off the beaten path. There's a Billboard on thehighway. But you don't accidentally drive by this place.

I dined at Ribeye's several times as I have stayed at the HIE for work the past 2 weeks. I ate pork chops with macaroni and cheese, beef tips w/ gravy and a mushroom and cheese burger with fries. All the food was good, although they are a little heavy handed with the salt for my preference, I still really enjoyed my meals. Had a delicious steak burger with a macaroni and cheese side, which was also tasty. Great charcoal grill flavor on the meat.

On the negative side the restaurant felt like an icebox. it was way too cold in there to even eat your meal comfortably.
