Manager is the best!!

Manager was rude very rude! Made my Grandson’s sandwich while we in the bathroom! We came out our order was ready! They didn’t ask what we wanted on the sandwich! He opened his sandwich to tomatoes and onions that he will not eat! I told the manager he argued with me it wasn’t their fault! I told him he didn’t ask what we wanted on it! He made another sandwich but was very rude the whole time he was making it!
Bathrooms were disgusting , ice machine had mold on it!
$50.00 and we all feel like we are going to be sick!

Tonight I showed up to get dinner. It was 8:28 p.m. I was surprised to find the door locked. There were 2 employees inside. One looked up & said, "We're closed." I pointed to the sign on the door with the store hours & responded, "It says you don't close until 9p.m." She & the other employee looked at each other & then went back to doing something behind the counter. I left & went to the other Subway across town.....& from now on I will drive the extra miles to go to that one. To close over 30 minutes before "closing" on a Saturday night is odd. Not to mention that I was likely not the only customer they missed out on because the other subway had a line of customers when I went in.

I used this Subway location to cater an event and it was perfect. They communicated effectively and gave us exactly what we needed and were extremely kind and patient throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend!

I was a recurring customer at this specific establishment, I ordered a meatball sub with extra meatballs, and the meatballs were cold and they tasted old and not fresh at all, the worker behind the counter called me out of my name numerous times during the encounter..If you were thinking about ordering here.DON’T!!!!

Gentleman behind the register was awful. Very rude to the customers, slamming things on the counter. On the other hand the young lady behind the register was very lovely, attentive, and did a great job.
