A genuine good old fashioned no frills oyster bar. Communal seating around a u shaped bar. Order oysters (raw or steamed), scallops, shrimp, crab legs etc. Everything steamed. Loved the broccoli W chease starter. Everything delicious. Very friendly servers/shuckers. Good value, good times. Honestly, the people could not have been nicer. Try a red rooster if you dare, I did, it was awesome! Thx Malcom!
This is a place that hides in plain sight. I have never been to a place like this, very unique but a lot of fun. Cute grandma type hostess was a blast and we were seated immediately. They offer a very unique free starter: Saltines and warm housemade cocktail sauce. The will give you some horseradish too, if you want some. That's a first for me.
