Drive through takes a while an always check your order to make its correct also the biggest thing is they dont do mobile orders here at this taco bell so yeah that sucks. Also tacobell here doesnt do the drys anymore which is weird cause Greenville taco bell has them so yeah weird. Jan 29th 2024. Think they would have them.

Happy to see the cravings meal is still on the menu. This deal is definitely the best deal going. Only downside is that the service is hit or miss. Slow at times and quite often incorrectly prepared. This time, it happened to be right.

Almost every time we go to taco bell, we are met with attitudes. Last night, the lady handed me our food and drinks and when I asked for sauce, she gave it to me, slammed the window shut so hard it opened back up a little, and rolled her eyes. Customer service there is hit or miss.

I swear I can't go anywhere in Williamston without having something messed up, I do have to say that the actual customer service of this location was fantastic but when you go to hand someone there order you need to make sure that ENTIRE order is in that bag. I would like to also thank the staff I called them and asked if we could ride back up there and get it and they said yes and even offered to give us a free cinnamon twist for the inconvenience

So at 9:32pm pull up on a motorcycle 2 employee are standing outside yelling at a guy in the Drive-thru. We take off our helmets walk up to the door to only fine out that the dinner room is closed because the doors are locked. Not because of the employees telling us or any signs indicating that the dinning room is closed. So we leave and go to cookout.

Can this Taco Bell get a single order correct? I get boxes and one time they don’t give us the chips and cheese it comes with and another time they gave us two chalupas in the crispy melt box when we asked to sub the chalupas.

2 of my kids were sad because Taco Bell forgot their fries. My daughter’s nachos bell grande was missing everything except the meat. Also, one of our tacos was not supposed to have meat… it had meat. We have had issues with this Taco Bell on several visits. We will be boycotting. At least the food we received was ok.

No napkins, no soft drinks only had tea and water. Ordered Chicken Chipotle wrap no chicken. This was drive thru, out of respect for the people behind us we moved to check the order. We were missing items. Went inside workers standing around leaning on the counter doing nothing!! Dirty tables THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN!!! ONGOING PROBLEMS!!
