Visited there with a friend about a mth ago. Was good old fashion bbq. Sad to learn it is closing, but happy to have experienced this place before it did. The family should take pride in the longevity of there establishment.

This little "hole in the wall" REAL DEAL Eastern North Carolina barbecue joint has been around since 1938 so you know they have to be doing something right! It could easily be featured on Guy Fieri's "Diners, Dives and Drive-Ins". Tucked away in a tiny little building that began as a gas station, Bunn's delivers... True Southern Hospitality, great service with a smile and lip smacking delicious pork bbq. If you are ever anywhere in the vicinity, you have to try it out!
Great bbq dive. Not many places like this left. They closed permanently this past week. Sadly, they are not going to return .
