Visited on 11/30 and drive thru was the slowest. Service was below average-0 and customer service was unacceptable. Card service in drive thru was allegedly not working. 3 workers had on headsets and food still was a wait and cold… No receipt was given just an expeditor ticket. 10 cars in line and other workers walking around talking to front end and drive thru workers. Do better service and hire better staff. Put experience workers on nite shift instead of just young inexperienced workers at night. For the sake of hard working people money, get the orders correct. Some customers were just passing thru

I’ve been going to this local Burger King lately, just order something minor. When I noticed this young lady I think her name was Jasmine, she was very polite and sweet. Her customer service is always a delight to witness. I noticed how attentive she is especially with the elderly. She has to be new. I absolutely love the environment when she is working. To actually witness her escorting a elderly lady to her car with her order just truly melted my heart. You don’t see that type of compassion anymore in fast food😍

the food was cold and the place was not cleaned, there was a drink machine out and they need to clean up the place more… the service was horrible and it took 20 minutes to get our 4 sweet teas the man right before this was absolutely correct… a waiter asked us if we even got our food meaning they aren’t keeping up with it.

The staff was very cold and seemed inconvenienced by our order. To drink machines one of them out of order and the other one half of the items did not work. The unsweet iced tea with sour, Lord knows when the last time the canister was actually cleaned. I had to spit it out. Best thing that could happen to this location is to close it.

The fries were cold and kinda greasy! The chicken on the wrap was over cooked and tasted like it was made and heated in the microwave with mayonnaise on it! Warm mayo is not tasty!! The burger was cold not the flame broiler taste of normal. My biggest issue was that the Manager was standing by the fires and bagging stuff up! No quality check!

I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my dog, but when I checked it to be sure it was plain, it even said plain on my receipt, but was covered in ketchup and mustard... why don't people listen or pay attention... I've been a burger King fan for decades... but quality is sinking at all restaurants... there's no pride in your job anymore why are you there if you don't care enough to do the job the way it's supposed to be done?? This was also a drive thru, and we all know you get screwed at the drive thru!! But I was in a hurry...
