I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my dog, but when I checked it to be sure it was plain, it even said plain on my receipt, but was covered in ketchup and mustard... why don't people listen or pay attention... I've been a burger King fan for decades... but quality is sinking at all restaurants... there's no pride in your job anymore why are you there if you don't care enough to do the job the way it's supposed to be done?? This was also a drive thru, and we all know you get screwed at the drive thru!! But I was in a hurry...

Had an App order and had to wait for over 15 minutes past promised pickup time. One of the cooks had to ask the cashier what I was waiting on. Also, ice machine was out of ice 🧊 and no one could get their drink orders filled except asking cashier to fill the cups with ice . Also, after checking my order, I was missing an order of french fries 🍟.
