I ordered a plain cheeseburger for my dog, but when I checked it to be sure it was plain, it even said plain on my receipt, but was covered in ketchup and mustard... why don't people listen or pay attention... Had an App order and had to wait for over 15 minutes past promised pickup time. One of the cooks had to ask the cashier what I was waiting on. Also, ice machine was out of ice 🧊 and no one could get their drink orders filled except asking cashier to fill the cups with ice . Also, after checking my order, I was missing an order of french fries 🍟.
The Manager Jackie always Pleasant, Respectful and helpful!! My Whopper was wrong but Jackie came to the rescue and when I returned a week later she replaced my order...Great Customer Service always with a big " BK have it your way" SMILE😁. Thanks
