Can someone tell me why it is; if you call in an order 20 mins before you get to Windsor and it still takes another 25 minutes to get your order. What's the point of calling in an order. This is not just a one time occurrence it's every time.
My family has been eating fried chicken from here for years...back when it was Little Mint. It is true that the chicken is greasy, but otherwise their chicken tastes quite good. Do not go for atmosphere or a nice place for the family to dine out. The place is in serious need for physical upgrades. But if all you care about is the food, then it's fine.
I have been born and raised in the town of Windsor. Now, I travel overseas and across the country and currently residing in Greensboro NC. The honest truth is that you cannot get any other excellent food such as Little Golden skillet's anywhere else. Of course, the store is old looking and some of the people that works there are high schoolers, but people have to understand that this is the country. This is not just a small town where there is a Mac Donald's or Walmart...
