Not gonna lie. Bk has done me wrong for the past 10 years in my hometown but the BK in Wingate NC is absolut fire. Amazingly fresh food, what a suppose, and superb customer experience skills. The young lady Omahrea was most excellent at taking my order and making sure my food was fresh. Very refreshing for me and my experience. This Burger King rocks.

The drive thru Spanish lady acted like it was dreadful to take our order. When we got to the window she handed us our food and didn't look at us, say thank you, have a good night! She said nothing ,was talking to her co worker ,took our money handed us our food and closed the window!

I got there around 11:20am on my lunch break for work with no cars in line and nobodyinside. I placed my order for a bacon king with no mayo and repeated the no mayo 3 times. The woman on the headset repeated my order to me to make sure it was correct and she even repeated no mayo. Waited around 10 minutes for my order returned to my job about 6 minutes away. When I check my burger it's covered in mayo and fries that had no salt and tasted like they had been put in a microwave. Those employees don't care there and it shows.

Took me 12 minutes to get Luke warm onion rings....there were 2 people working... 1 cooking and 1 doing the drive thru and inside which wasn't very pleasant or fast....

I came through the drive thru on June 18,2024 and used my debit card, they said it declined even though I had money on there. She ran it twice. Both times she said it declined. So I paid in cash. 41.88. Now, I see they have also charged my debit card. So I paid twice. I’ve tried calling the store directly but I get a message that says,” your call cannot be completed as dialed” and I’ve also called their customer service. Which again I couldn’t get a person to talk to. Just an automated service.
