The fried chicken was absolutely perfect and delicious along with the collards and squash patty!!! They do not overly salt their food allowing the patron to add to it based on individual taste. The staff was very friendly and the portions, along with the atmosphere, is what I remember when it was Jim and Judy’s. I’ll definitely go back again!

I went out to lunch with one other person and wanted to get a refill before leaving.There were ants in my drink and when I told the server she gasped and said she would get the manager for me. No manager came to the table but the server came back and offered me another drink and took the one drink off my bill. I counted at least 5 ants in my drink and only after I took a picture of the cup did she ask if she could take it away. When I went to pay the manager, I’m assuming, said to take off the other drink. Had to pay $24.33 for a burger and overpriced sandwich. No one ever even apologized for this disgusting experience.

This is a great restaurant to take your family to they have something for everyone and they are family owned and operated and care very much about their customers. I come here all time and it is consistently the same every time which is hard to come by. A lot of times you get a good meal and then come back to a place and you cannot ever get it the same way but Andrews is different they value your business and a care about what you think 🤔 we really love Andrews you should try it 👍👍

I went in for lunch in the middle of a Friday afternoon. It was slow and they seated me quickly. Food came out relatively quickly, prices were good, and portions were plenty.
Tonight's food was good. I went for the calzone night. Was pleased with the calzone would have been better if had the ricotto cheese with the mozzarella instead of only mozzarella it hardens to fast as it cools the ricotto gives it a bit more creaminess. Overall The food was good. I do have a gripe when came to checking out. First of all if you change your pricing on a menu item then you should inform your patron of a price change if not on your menu.This is my gripe we ordered 2 large calzones which say comes with 3 toppings in my book toppings mean any topping that goes on a pizza. My husband ordered 3 meats on his I had beef mushroom black olives the waitress did not tell us we would be charged more because it was 3 meats which are toppings for pizza so we did not think any more of it. When we checked out our $20 meal came to $30 meal. We were charged 15.80 for his calzone instead of the $10 for 3 topping calzone. The cashier said it started last week charging more for having 3 meats as the toppings on the calzone. If that is so then the waitress should have informed us of the change since not on menu yet. They had a Andy calzone which was I think the toppings that come on the Andy pizza. and if they charged us for that which is also 1580 thats not right because he did not get the ingredients that come on the Andy calzone. Either way we are seniors and our income is limited so that is a big extra hunk we were not expecting. If we had known this info we could have saved us a lil. So I guess I would say inform your servers to let patrons know changes made that are not on menu. Whether we will go back again not sure. Their food was good not knocking that at all. I am upset with the slack of info for their patrons and the cost of the 3 meat calzone. Believe me the meat that came on it was not $15 worth. I think we should have been charged for the 3 topping calzone since price change and info was not on the menu and we were not informed of menu change price. Overall it was ok visit, food was good just the checkout proccess was the issue. Long post sorry but had lot to say.

took nearly 2 hours for food to come to table out of the 11 adults and 2 kids every order was wrong expect for 2 no apologies given no manager correcting anything no discount given due to mess ups watched multiple people get up and walk out due to poor service and wait times being ridiculous and saw many call in orders leaving with no food due to same excuses given all night when we was only people eating inside other then one table it was nowhere near busy enough for all the issues and excuses and mistakes that was made will not be back at all highly disappointed

Poor food, prices are to high for the food. I got a order of onions rings that where hard and over cooked. Sent them back and did not want a new order, note I could not eat them the owner still charged me 50%. I would STRONGLY recommend you not waste your money there and go eat at a place that takes pride in there food, and does not stick you when they know it wrong. Bad service, expensive, not the best food. We would eat there at lease 4 times a week, the food has gotten worse each time and the price is the same. I will not be back. for the prices you are better off to eat at Hill top. If they keep up having poor food quality and shafting customers there door will soon be closed to.
