Horrible service. I have never had a meal served correctly and they do t care about fixing mistakes. I got food poisoning which was the final reason. I wont return. I try to let everyone know poor quality of food they use. Just terrible and its apprent the workers hate their jobs.

They were very busy and the drive thru lanes were backed up, so I went to the counter inside. I quickly ordered and served in a short amount of time. Manager and employees couldn't have been nicer.

During my visit, I observed behavior that made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about children’s safety. An adult male was repeatedly touching children in ways that did not appear appropriate, including physical contact that went beyond what seemed necessary or welcome.

The associates don't have a clue about customer service, The food Quality is below par than what it use to be, Associate don't ask if you need anything like they use to just walk around in circles. I was wondering why the parking lot isn't full like it usually is? I see why now!!

Though it was 740 the biscuit was hard and burnt as if it was left over from the previous day! The chicken on the biscuit wasn’t fresh as well!

Worst drive thru service ever. Took 15 minutes just to place our order. Order takers kept going back inside building after each order.
Perfect almost every time but sometimes the fries are just stale and barely warm but otherwise it’s consistent and better than the target one

4-1-2025: I am enjoying my Cobb salad. I'm a first timer for the Cobb salad and this Chick-fil-A and they were so slammed busy as well as their drive-through with personal attendants. It goes smoothly and quickly I don't know how they do it that fast. I got to meet the famous Mr.Willie. Also I recommend if you get a salad to go make sure you check your bag so you'll get the dressing that you want. Definitely worth the price

The food is always amazing and hot. We never spend less than 30.00 on meals. I ordered 3 kids meals o let not to receive a book, toy, etc., The young man that took my order with a beard, never made eye contact with me. He approached my vehicle looking at his screen. I fainted heard what can I do for you as he continued to look at his screen and incidentally talking to a co-worker about another order. I asked, sir are you talk g to me. He responded….yeah. I’ve never felt so out of place. Wow! He was rude and walked away from my vehicle without saying thank you or anything… so disappointing….. I’ll have to start going to the other location near the mall •
