Newly remodeled and great service as always. Lines are long at peak hours which is always a good sign of great food. A friend said the chicken breast fillets were smaller but I didn't see a difference. Wait staff are always great and so glad they are in a covered area now. Use the drive-thru and am always cautious of other drivers' trying to cut in line. Slightly disappointed Chick-fil-A is no longer serving antibiotic free chicken, although they are 'avoiding' it.

Ordered 50 sandwiches for an event, the food was ready and stayed hot in the electric warmer they came in. The reason I gave a four on service is because two years straight had to return to pick condiments they forgot to pack.

They literally can never get the orders right, the employees from this Chick Fil A worked at the one over by Target while it was being renovated, and unsurprisingly, they screwed up the orders over there too. Whoever you guys have putting your orders together doesn’t know or doesn’t care if they are right. The only reason you don’t get more people in there complaining is because nobody has time to wait in the morning for their food to be corrected. So sad that they invested so much money into this location, just to still get the order wrong 90% of the time. At least now they can get more orders wrong at a faster pace, I guess.
i Love this place, alot. been coming here for many many years. Its not the service that i love, i only love their food. that being said....when i am forced to go driev thru, you MUST get a receipt, absolute must! almost every time i go drive thru, i am missing something! now, they dont give a receipt any more either, you have to ask them for one at the window, and they seem to always misplace them. alot of times some of them will get snippy with me and say " its taped on your bag." I have to explain that i want the receipt with the info on it, because i need it. Ive had a few of them get mad at me for this because now they have to either look where they put it, or find my order to print it.ever since the drive thru got so packed, parking here is also seemingly impossible, so we will see if their additional drive thru makes any difference on this.I would give 5 stars if it wasent for the service at drive thru.
Great food and great customer service. A little overpriced and sometimes they take awhile with your order but overall it's always a pretty good experience.
