I just went there previously and the manager Brittany was so rude to me and she was being rude to her employees also I was asking a question about the menu she completely ignored me which was such a disappointment but everyone else was very pleasant

So I took my daughter to Chipotle for the first time, she's 16, and I don't go very ofter myself. We were planning on eating there, but when we got to order our food the guy working said they were out of a few things, I was disappointed but still ordered. Well as I was ordering for my daughter and myself I saw that they has shredded cheese, asked if I could get some shredded cheese on mine and my daughters orders and they told us no that it was only for online orders. We couldn't get anything on our bowl that we wanted, the guacamole they had out looked old, so I asked if they had any fresh, was told no, se we could get queso cheese, no shredded cheese, no lettuce, no black beans, all we were allowed to get in our bowls was rice, salsa, pinto beans and a meat. I am highly upset over this experience and feel like I was ripped off paying more than $20 for just 2 bowls and they wouldn't give use any toppings. I wasn't the only upset customer in the store either.

They upped there prices , and The food taste awful now the rice I had was extremely overcooked and had no flavor and the chicken was undercooked chewy and all fat ,awful meal ?Vegetarian options: I want to go vegan now because how bad that chicken was

Great place for meeting groups, it has communal seating, so there aren't separate tables, but for me it's not an issue, some people won't like it tho. Food is great, pick what you want from their huge selection of meats and toppings for your burrito or bowl.

Are used their mobile app to order a burrito and they delivered chips and guac instead. The attention to detail of chipotle employees is almost 0. Consistent problems. Their food is pretty good and it’s great if you’re trying to lose weight or track macros so I consistently order it but it’s frequently a headache with order accuracy. I genuinely do not know if they could hire employees that care less.
Queso tastes like it’s straight out of the jar. Chips are over flavored. My salad looked like soup. For $16… shouldn’t be sloppy.

They didn’t have rice yesterday, before placing an online order I wanted to call and ask the restaurant staff if they had rice before making either a wasted trip or a wasted online order. You cannot reach a real person at the store and I’m surprised more people haven’t complained about this. The automated system via phone SUCKS. It gives you no other option but to drive to the store to see if they still have the sign up that says no rice.

The handicap had to park on the back parking space that is not close to the restaurant. It's not handicap equip for people with walker , cane or wheelchair

Love this place. Try chicken Al pastor bowl, it's great not as spicy as I thought. And the black beans aren't no where as spicy as the pinto's if u are like me and can't have to much spiciness bc of my acid reflux. And I'd go with brown rice instead of white rice has better taste plus gotta get some corn , black beans and of course cheese and sour cream o side when you get a bowl preferably chick reg or al pastor both are great ?Kid-friendliness: Had good and healthy sides for the kids mealsParking: Usually not to hard to find a spot except for like between 12&1pm lunch time is very busy and sometimes run out of food like brown rice wasn't available other day and wouldn't be for 30 min and didn't have that much time to waste and I'm not big fan of the white rice whig they had but in the bowls u get wouldn't be right without the brown rice as the base. And that was only time I've been there and out of something except if it's late and close within the hour they will not make it or if cold in back will not bring out to fill it up. Idk why but they said against policy or something and it was for sour cream. Just wanted to let y'all know that as well. But other than that the food is out of this ? Wonderful ??. Highly recommend Chipotle
