I've adjusted my rated because today on 10/24 @ 7:02 pm. My daughter went to pickup food for the family. She ordered 5 trays of food and cheese curds for my grand daughter. When she got home we were short a tray. Her tray. Now I was charged $52.70 and did not receive the full order or full receipt showing the order. I'm not happy at all. She had a bad day at work and this just topped it off. She didn't want to go back because she wanted to get her daughter to bed. This is why I adjusted my pervious review.

The young lady that took my order named Nakia had amazing customer service, was polite, and respectful. When ordering she use yes ma’am, no ma’am is there anything else you need ma’am? OK what else can I get for you? She was very patience when it came to ordering unlike other servers at this location. I love coming to a fast food restaurant and the employees are excited to be there and take honor in assisting you. Keep up the good work Nakia.

Foods good can be slow at times but overall good service
Went yesterday with my girlfriend and everyone was incredibly nice, I am a ranch lover and forgot to ask for some so I made my girlfriend circle back and the girl at the window was ready to hook me up with as many as I needed and I appreciate that, some people don’t understand what I mean when I say extra ranch but the girl at the window understood the vibe. A+

It's normally good when I go, but when I order the burger, they tend to give t way too much sauce. There was more mustard in the foil wrap than on the sandwich. If they'd tighten up with properly doing that then I'd give 5 star.
