Rude employees. Served a vanilla milkshake the consistency of concrete. Refused to loosen it up. They said " this is how we make them" Some some places lose my business for awhile. Some lose it for good. Cookout you made the never again list.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while because every time I go there they always messed my order up they gave me a totally different sandwich that I don't eat when I asked for French fries with onion rings and I got double onion rings the only thing they got right was the coke

Went to cookout Sunday October 13th around 4:30 and got two milkshakes and the girl at the window was being rude, was that really necessary? Acted like she hated her job and didn’t want to do anything but have an attitude, didn’t even say have a good day or anything. Definitely won’t be back.

Our order was practically all wrong…. Customer service seemed a sub par. Order 5 meals for our family and only 2 plates came out as ordered. All the other plates were completely wrong. This place needs to step up. The only good thing I really experienced was the lady at the window who was tentative and kind and my milkshakes were right. The order taker seemed like they were not listening and fail to correct the mistake when we brought up the mistake and continued with the wrong item said. We corrected about 3 times… still wrong. Do better.

I visited twice and ordered the same items. Hamburger, fries, onion rings. The burger with onions and tomatoes. Both times got lettuce. I didn't want and NO tomato. The rest was good.
The worst milkshake ever. We ordered 2 milkshakes one peach and one cookie and Oreo. The peach milkshake was all white with no evidence of peaches and only had 4 small pieces of peaches at the very bottom with no flavor ? The Oreo milkshake was very little cookies and they were at the bottom so gritty. We tried to have them remade but the remarks and customer service was so rude we just left. Don't go unless you want to waste the your time and money

Food is okay. Customer service is poor. But the atmosphere is good. Sometimes they take 5 minutes to even take your order if you walk in. They over prioritize their drive through. The food is often dry. But they have a good looking sit down and pretty good shakes. And the music is usually nice inside.
