Tried to order ice cream on 11/27 around 8pm, she (Cheryl)cut me off three times while trying to order, was very disrespectful and had an attitude with me! Was complaining at employees as well while I was waiting to pay! Will NEVER EVER eat here again!

Pulled through the drive through. Attempted to order my ice cream. After telling the guy I wanted a heath brownie confection (which was ok) he says “can I pay you to not” I said “excuse me” and pulled up to the window. The manager lady was in the window. She was nice and made him apologize in the window saying that it was supposed to be a joke when we all know it was late and he just didn’t want to make it. The whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth and the ice cream was not worth going back. I know it is really hard to get good help these days but if they can’t be respectful to each customer and act professionally the company would be better off their services.

Took over 30 mins to get our mobile order and then the food was dry and cold fries all stuck together ordered garlic Parmesan and they were out was a new item, burgers dry and my pretzel sticks sat under a heat lamp the entire time. Wanted a good meal but didn't get it

On this visit, this store appeared appeared to be understaffed, or they were having a meeting or something! To make it short and to the point! The two cups of sundaes were sloppy in appearance, and the cashier seemed to care less other than making money! I will try this location in Winterville/ Greenville once more before this store will indeed be a history I will never repeat! Believe it or not!

I loved eating here, but this specific location has been way downhill for a good year or two. I dread having to come here, but my wife loves the moolatte, but there have been numerous times where even trying to order just that was a hassle.
they have told us alot that the machine for moolatte was broken or down, when thats all we came there for. the blizzards this past year or two looked like it was runny and liquidy, and i would constantly have ice cream already dripping over the side of the cup, as if its already melted. it doesnt inspire confidence in the service, and it made me not want blizzards any more. once is one thing, but almost every time over this 2 years, is a completely different story. this location typically only had 1 person working front and drive through, and 1 cook. extremely understaffed, and we have to wait a good 30 minutes sometimes because of this. i dont blame the staff, i blame the higher ups for allowing this, and letting it continue for so long, to where they are losing business.

Don't go to the one on Moye Blvd. see my review for that one. This one we were waited on immediately and asked the manager to fix us something not on the menu. Very accommodating and congratulated the manager for his help. This is how a business is run.

I cannot stand how this place is ruining Dairy Queen for me. 7 dollars for a blizzard there’s 3 inches of infilled space in the cup…Right size cup but not the right amount of anything else. THEn They put sprinkles. Only sprinkles. In my cotton candy blizzard. I wait all year for those!! Lol and this was supposed to make my day but the workers here were so ignorant tonight the cashier even told me the blizzard looked a little empty before handing it to me ??? My boyfriend drove off before I could speak up but I tried to still enjoy it but I had to throw it away. No cotton candy flavor at all. it kinda dampened my whole night after a rough day. Thanks DQ

Lady in drive-through was really rude ordered 6 blizzards and she started handing me them and I asked here what kind they were so I could give everyone what they ordered and she said I don’t know I don’t make them so you just hand everyone whatever smh

Ridiculously awful customer service, both employees spoke incredbly monotoned and were very dismissive of our concerns about the embarassing quality of food we received. We were charged $18 for 3 small blizzards, and the ice cream was almost completely flavorless and basically vanilla it had so little included in it. Each blizzard we received (despite literally being the same size) had a different amount of ice cream in it, to the point one was basically handed to us half full. And the real kicker is that we asked for extra candy pieces, were charged $2 for it, and the amount of candy was the exact same if not less than usual. We're usually very pleased with Dairy Queen, but this location was just abhorrent. Wish we'd gone to the CookOut next door.

This place is the worst DQ I have ever been at place was horrible employees complaining about how busy they were. To witch was not even that busy my wife's burger was disgusting she said it tasted like it had been microwaved. Never go here ever again just horrible.

Been sitting in the restaurant for over 25 minutes for a blizzard and a Sundae. Plus my wife’s sundae was incorrectly made and had to be return for another one.
