Tonight we went to Dairy Queen and placed an online order. Not realizing it was marked for “pickup,” we went through the drive-thru. Instead of politely letting us know, the employee loudly yelled through the speaker to a coworker that they had to “find the ticket” because it wasn’t placed as a drive-thru order.
When we got to the window, the girl with purple hair handed us the food without a single word and immediately shut the window. No greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern every time we visit—attitudes are anything but pleasant.
Thanks, Dairy Queen, for another “memorable” family outing. Honestly, watching paint dry would have been a more enjoyable experience

Went in last week3nd and the girl told us the blizzard machine was broken. Took her about 10 mins to take the 2 ladies' orders ahead of us. She was so slow. She told us she had been up till 4:30 am. because she graduated from South Central the day before. She was slurring her words and super slow in everything she did. The customers behind us were even talking about it. I ran a few restaurants years ago, and I'd have either told her to go home or fired her. Oh, on top of that, she messed up my order, too. I'm not going back there as much as I like their blizzards it's not worth it. And the manager was there so know he was aware.

Walked in to order food Was ignored for a few minutes. A worker finally came up only to tell us she was only there to get cups, continued to help drive thru .Other worker there ignored us too and never took our order. Dear management you need to help in house and drive thru

I was so excited about getting a blizzard for the first time in a long time that I wasn't paying attention and didn't realize until I got home we were missing a drink

On multiple occasions I told them my girlfriend is allergic to peanuts. The male who handed me the Blizzard said “peanut butter blizzard?” I said no my girlfriend is allergic she cant have that. he then corrected himself and told me it was a cookie dough blizzard. I looked in the cup and there was infact cookie dough bites. the first spoon full she took was full of peanuts and she didn't catch it until it was too late.
If someone tells you that someone is allergic to something, you would think they'd be smart enough and take precautions to make sure they prevent a reaction.
this is unacceptable.

Came in to Dairy Queen for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. We sat at the table and food was brought to our table. The food was hot and fresh and price is good. Keep up the great work and thank you for showing pride in your job

Theyre so short staffed its absolute chaos. The manager was yelling at people in the drive thru, customers are grabbing their stuff straight from the back of kitchen window behind the counter in lobby..
The womens bathroom was FOUL. Wet floors from the toilets, used tampon applicators on the floor, dark and dingy. Just so gross

Each time that Ive come thru drive thru, the blizzards are always dripping on the sides with the workers not wiping it. Sometimes they give me napkins, or the others none. Tonight I didn't get any from them, as usual, it was dripping off and got in my car.
When she took my card, she walked away so I didn't see where she went. I dont trust that as who knows if they wrote down my card or took a pic of it. I didn't get my receipt either as she handed out my blizzards to me.
She never said Thank-you. She just continued to take orders on her headset never looking at me. She seems like she might have been management as her shirt was different than the other's uniform; hers was black. I just don't understand the unfriendliness.
There was no cars in front of me and by the time I left just one car behind me. There were 2 guest in the lobby at register. So it's not like it was crazy busy at all. Very disappointed.

This place is very unorganized. I mange at a restaurant my self and the way this lady ran things was terrible. Trying to do headset front counter and cook all at the same time. It doesn’t work that way. I understand being short staffed but yelling at your employees doesn’t make things easier. Lady seems like she needs a break or more help.

Went through the drive-thru, 1 car before none behind. Ordered a Red Velvet Med. Blizzard only to discover 90% vanilla soft serve and only the top part had any of the good stuff. Ruined my treat to myself.
