The service is good they are great people, the problem I have is with the food I had ordered. I ordered avocado toast and a butterfinger iced latte. I’ve never had either of these before but I’ve had a few other items that were good so I decided to give it a try. The toast was literally not toasted, the topping was granted very fresh avocado but they added too much tomatoes as their garnish, no seasoning to the avocado, and there was an excessive amount of oil poured on top (maybe to preserve the freshness idk) it did not taste good at all. The latte I ordered was surprisingly watered down even with the ice not being melted into it (I expected some watered down flavor since it is an iced drink) although the flavor was too muddled it didn’t emulate butter finger at all which was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately a waste of money.

Custom Cleaning Service
Stopped in for the hoop cheese biscuit that was made & served unforgettable the first time by the owners a couple months back Well todays visit was very disappointing the staff was new and the food was NOT the SAME as the first time I visited. I took my two sausage & cheese biscuits right back to the counter and the young guy was happy to remake them only to hand me the exact same disappointing very little cheese sitting on my biscuit.

I went out to take care of somethings and found out about Grounded after meeting the owner! So my Husband and I went over (I love coffee) and let me just say the experience, the vibe, the coffee and the food were amazing. It gives me a vibe from back home. We walked in and were greeted by every single person there. Including Poppy who is the nicest and sweetest! We call my grandfather Poppy and we talked about how it's common where we are from. My Husband had the Golden Kiss of Death and WHEW!! It will definitely wake you up! I had The Sweet Carolina and it was sooo good. We had the Fireman sandwich for breakfast the croissant roll was light fluffy and sweet, eggs were perfect with banana peppers, pepperoni and pepper jack cheese. Poppy and I were explaining (or trying to explain!) what pork roll is to my Husband (he's from here) and Poppy went and fried him a slice and now he's hooked ?Pretty sure I just found a new favorite!!

Having just moved here a month ago my first priority was finding a great coffee place. As luck would have it Grounded is the closest to my house and was the first spot I tried. I feel no need to look any further!! This place is great. I've tried some lattes, cold brews and lotus drinks, they were all amazing. I'm currently enjoying the BooBerry cold brew. I've tried a couple of breakfast options. The burrito is great and so big I had to share! I just tried lunch for the first time today, the Italian, sooo tasty! Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Looking forward to working my way through the whole menu!

Everything about Grounded is excellent! The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is inviting — a great place to meet with friends or find a cozy spot to work.The coffee is great, and they have perfected the avocado tomato toast! SO GOOD!! The chickpea wrap is also a perfect lunch option. I’m sure other food options are great, I just love my usual so much I never want to change my order.All around, my favorite coffeehouse & cafe in Greenville!

I love this place! I order from them all the time. The one time I had an issue (slightly burnt biscuit....still ate the heck out of it though, they are That Good), they actually sent me a sweet note apologizing for the issue. Great service, great food. And their Facebook page makes it seem like a fun place to work. Definitely check them out! We need more awesome local places ?

Lovely place. Tried a few things here now and the food quality is quite high. The baked goods are a great blend of sweet, and the breakfest entrees are crispy savory and well balanced. The coffee is possibly even better. Love sitting in here before work or after an early morning.
