Awesome job. I always order from this store. Never get bad service or food. One time order was slightly mixed up but not bad, I called and when I checked my bank statement, I had been refunded the entire amount of my order! Love the staff there! Very nice folks

Awesome team and very friendly! I asked if there was new ownership because the sanction grade has gone way up. So much cleaner than before!
Food is always fresh and the staff is always happy and smiling. A large without meat will run you about 15 dollars which is to expensive. Never had a bad experience at this location.
I ordered a sub for dinner around 7pm and specifically asked for soft 🍞. I stated I didn't want flaky bread, and the remainder of the order process went well. When I arrived home, I was highly disappointed 😞 to discover hard, flaky 🍞.I called the following day to express my dissatisfaction, the female staff member told me to be mindful in the future the 🍞 will be like this in the evenings, and to come in today and the sub would be remade at no charge. Our conversation went well. I arrived at the store about 3 hours later and decreetly recalled the situation to the cashier. Then, another staff member told me he was aware, but I could only receive a 10% off coupon on my next order. I told him that wasn't what I was told, and he stated it was corporate policy, and I can call back again tomorrow, and basically, I shouldn't have ordered that time of evening. I walked out quietly but was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in how the situation was handled.
Order a catering box for SB and the service was prompt and delicious. Will do the box again.

Was not greeted at all walking in. Employees were not friendly had extremely rude. We are a big time jm fans, but we will not be back to this location.
