Ordered a drunken noodles and asked if they had khao soi. She said it’s similar to drunken noodles. I said ok. Also asked for mild for both. Bot orders were exactly the same. Khao soi is a curry based soup. Would have rather been told they don’t have it. On top of that, their “mild” will burn you alive. I hate hating, but I also hate wasting $40 bucks on something I didn’t order, and is too spicy to eat.

Excellent food! Promote service. Cozy atmosphere. The water fountains are peaceful. Wonderful lunch portions. Spice levels are accurate. Thai tea was phenomenal. Boba wasn’t the best. Kind of mealy. Will definitely come back. Try the chicken curry.

I truly appreciate when restaurant employees don’t acknowledge my presence although the employees have walked past me a few times, made eye contact and didn’t respond when I say hello. Especially if they are not busy. Just let’s me know this is not a place I want preparing my food

I have loved Lemongrass ever since I moved to Greenville back in 2009. They have consistently been delicious and had great service and atmosphere. My favorite dish there is the Drunken Spicy Noodles. If you get the spring rolls with it, pour the left over plum sauce onto your noodles. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely overpriced. I got 2 spring rolls and the pad Thai through door dash and paid $30. The pad Thai was truly the worst I’ve ever had (worse than a frozen one from the grocery store). And extremely small portions. Wouldn’t recommend this place for Thai food.
I ordered through Door Dash. When the driver for my order went o pick it up, she found out they gave it to another Dasher: they remade my order. My Dasher sent me a message explaining what had transpired and when she got my remade order, she’d deliver my food! I called to talk to someone at the restaurant and was hung up on twice by an older lady. I later found out later she’s part of management. My wife told me this has happened a couple other times to her. This delayed our food for a while but just as important, pulled my driver away from other potential orders and taking money out of her pocket( I doubled her tip with cash to make up her lost money)! When I asked about compensation, either partial refund or even a gift card to spend they were only willing to give me another order of spring tools (which cost them probably less than $1)! I will not patronize their business as they don’t care anything about making things truly right for mistakes made on their part!

Calamari was good, but small portion. Pad thai not good; again small portion. Noodles stuck together, flavor way off if there was any flavor at all. I was told 'we use different region recipe and it's sweeter', asked where the bean sprouts were-not a sprout in the house. Not a place I would return to.

Didn’t taste like Thai, bland, flavorless very low spice. The place has a fish pond in the middle of the dining area that stinks up the whole place. Smells like a dirty old fish aquarium that needs to be cleaned. Our waitress didn’t know what Panang Curry was?

The server was very rude. I waited about 5 minutes and she was standing right in front of me and never acknowledged me at all and she was NOT busy. I had to ask for my DoorDash order. She said five minutes which turned into almost ten. I had to leave the order and miss out on a good tip because I had two orders and I didn’t want the other customer’s food getting cold. However when the white guy came in she hurriedly acknowledged him and smiled and offered him assistance. I may have not been a “customer” per se, but I know now I never will be. And the lighting is horrible at night on the pick up side. Not safe.

Food is great. Pricier than local Asian restaurants. Their chicken chilly is probably the best you can find in town. They used to offer 10% off to ECU card holders but no longer do so ?Food in the pictures: our best
Parking: Can park outside. Excellent parking space.

Waited forever to get seated, got seated at a table near the waitresses waited 20 minutes to order, waited another 20 to get my food and the portions on the menu were misleading. During my wait a couple came in, got seated, and got their food before I even ordered. The food that I did get was good though. I felt neglected despite being right in front of the waitresses, never coming back
