This food truck was amazing. There line is always so long when I travel to Greenville. They finally came to kinston and I had to order a little of everything. . . Food was just so good. Can't wait till they come back! Oh and the service was great. Very friendly people. . .

I ordered via doordash. The food came on time and was perfect! I ordered because a coworker had it previously and raved about it. I ordered the chicken birria tacos and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy with the right amount of cheese and meat. The consomme was perfect, I cannot wait to go back!

I was craving Mexican food and this place popped up on our drive into Kinston. We had soft carnitas tacos, soft brisket tacos and crunchy beef tacos. The owner was so nice and gave me mac n cheese on the house and it was AMAZING!!!

After driving past this location several times, I decided to look it up on Yelp to see who the new up-and-coming business in the area really was. I've been a fan of Taco Tuesdays since my days at ECU, and by happenstance saw they were doing a promotion for February that happened to be $1 tacos! So I decided to bring my wife here after work so we could check out the location. The Setting: This business has a dedicated parking lot so you don't have to worry much about parking. My first impression upon entering was that it had nice lighting, from the large windows to the choice of ceiling lights. The space is as depicted in their photos, that along with the lighting makes for a quiet and cool atmosphere. You have the choice of either sitting at the bar or sitting in the open seated area. The Customer Service: Now anyone following my reviews knows that my selling point is customer service. The two shop owners working there are two of the most friendly, down to Earth people you could meet in this business. The man taking your orders will personally greet you, seat you, take your order and have friendly conversation when time permits. You can tell that he's a "people's person", which helps add to the personal affect this business brings. The woman who cooks the orders has come from the kitchen when time permitted to also carry on the same friendly and warm conversation. These two are a great business team and you can tell it in their interactions if you ever have a moment to witness it. The Menu: They utilize the simple method of a "create your order" using a paper menu with a pen provided. This gives you a chance to sit down and look at all the ways you can create your taco, be it soft shell, hard shell- or even a burrito. You choose the she'll, the meat, the accompanying toppings or sauces, and when your done with your selection, he will take the order from you, and all that's left to do is wait for the magic go happen. The other order options are on the menu as well. I won't list the options as you can see them for yourself in the photos. They also have glass bottled drinks, bottled water. and can drinks as well. The Food: As you can see, I've thoroughly enjoyed what they have to offer. Their tacos are absolutely delicious! Corn tortillas, what seems to be a lost art in many places, are a huge part of what makes these street tacos so enjoyable. The another part is the pure freshness of the meats used. I've ordered a soft shell for each meat they offer, including fish on Friday, and I have to say that they are all fresh, even the brisket. My favorite still remains beef though, and that's a matter of personal preference in any taco establishment. I squeezed a lime into my tacos along with the hot salsa and it really exuberated with flavor then! The Check: The prices are reasonable per menu item, and when you're done the order can be paid for with card using their Square card reader. After this, you have the option of having the receipt texted to your phone in which you can view the details of your order and even take a survey should the mood strike you. Overall: If you're a fan of great tasting, authentic tacos from a couple who knows a thing or two about the subject, I'd recommend stopping by and trying it for yourself. I know I have! Wether you dine in or carry out, you'll be sure to enjoy the quality of food that's been brought over from New Mexico to Eastern North Carolina!

Amazing service and the tacos were really good! Hot food served hot! They made them fresh while we sat at the bar and made light conversation. Very nice and wholesome. Will definitely come back for that Mac and cheese!
