The whole location at 4125 s memorial. I pre-ordered, of course the order shows ready. So when I finally get the attention of employee, all they do is it will be ready. Order was placed over 20mins. I always knew mcdonalds dont care about the customers, only the money they have. But this location is the bottom of the barrell. Even the manager acts as tho she's to busy to acknowledge anyone. I know nothing will come of this, but maybe someone will take notice

I wish I could give zero stars for service. The staff tried to blame me that I had already received a part of my order. When I pulled up to the second window to pick up my order they did not have it. They actually gave it to someone else. Then the girl told me to pull up to spot two when someone brought out my food they forgot the drink, and when that person came back again, she actually was very nice and kind and told me that they had said they had already given it to me and that I was wrong and to make sure that she would check my receipt. The girl in the window had never given me my drink. The girl in the second window was very rude, and I believe the manager that was helping was as well. she was very rude and very dismissive.

We went through drive thru. We were told to pull forward, then completely forgotten about. The exact same thing happened to the car that was behind us. We both pulled up, then I watched as many cars went through drive thru and got their food after a couple minutes. I waited 25 minutes before going inside, the lady in the other car went in at the same time. She just had an order of two fries. The manager said my food must have gone to the wrong car, but I had two happy meals and watched every car that got their food. No one else was given two happy meals in that time. How do you completely forget about two cars in a row? Why have us pull forward if we are going to be forgotten about?

Three of us customers stood at the counter for close to 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. They are so slow, and the customer service is terrible. They saw us standing there, and one guy only excuse is because they are busy, umm ok, are we not customers also.
Will not go to this McDonald's again!!!

Just went through drive through. Was asked to pull up for our order. While waiting 13 cars went through. Our order was not special - quarter pounder and French fries. Had to go in to get order. Ridiculous.

Horrible place and the manager way worst his name was Mike if in not wrong. Asked for a mc chicken and surprised i had moldy bread when I confront him about it he just offered me money so I wouldn't complain Horrible place and management. Some of the employees were actual really nice but seemed to be tired of the place

Do not go here if you're in a hurry, you WILL have to pull forward most times. Manager is always trying to game their counter system. There are a few great employees and a few not so great. The food is fairly consistent for McDonald's.
