4125 S Memorial Dr, Winterville, NC Served two Chips Ahoy frappes, almost $10. The volume was the least of any I have ever gotten before and nothing like the advertisement. Even with the whipped cream, it barely made it top of the plastic container, when they showed me the line they were to fill with frappe, even the whip cream started below that. They took them back and about ten minutes later brought us out something frappe, it had caramel across the top not the ground the chocolate. I know all the prices are getting high, but...it is no longer worth it for me. I think we're done with McDonalds. $10, for that, and the poor customer service? It is not worth it!

Waited 6 minutes for a frappe. No greetings, no thanks, no receipts. They suck. Very slow. Meanwhile, folks with huge orders getting their bags while I get asked to pull up for a drink!

They need new employees. Wish I asked for names. All of them are rude. I waited 15 min for sauces. The guy rung me up for them then walked away. THEY WERE RIGHT UNDER HIM. Never coming back to this location. It’s worth the 10 min drive to another one

Why can they never have any food actually ready. Every single time I go to this McDoanlds I am asked to pull to the side. Most of the time it’s for nuggets and a cheeseburger. Why is it they never have any food ready for a “fast” food restaurant.
