Ordered on the app to pick up. Was sent to parking spot to wait. 45 minutes after ordering and still no order. Had to go back around and then my order was wrong! Will chose other location next time!

The location across from Pitt Community College has become the worse. It used to be my favorite but with the loss of some great employees, has gone way downhill. The girl preparing orders was more worried about going outside to smoke a cigarette than getting the orders right. I’m just tired of not getting everything I paid for. This has happened several times but not again. Farewell McDonalds.

This McDonald’s use to be the best one in town. Idk if management has changed but it sucks now. A few months ago we found body jewelry in our drink. We decided to stop by again (today) our order was wrong. When I went in to have it fixed the young white girl (who I assume was the manager) completely bypassed me to help others even though I had been standing there for a few minutes. Then had an attitude when I asked her to fix my order.

Slow service at 7am in the inside and they wasn't busy. Kiosk didn't work and cashier just walked away not allowing me to order and pay. I'll never go back to this one again.

Food was good and fresh, but the customer service was great! The person who gave us our food was friendly and sincere and was a nice start to an early day.
It is very close to my work and I have ignored the numerous order errors and latte machine down. Today was the worst. They didn't get my order even close to.correct, I was given someone else's order, then I was asked if i.wanted.coffee instead of the latte, ok and they said they would add cream and sugar . I pull up.and they give me.a.handful of creams/sugars no bag. I asked why they didn't add it. Apparently that machine was.down too. That is the last time I forgive their terrible service
