My wife and I absolutely love Meating Ground Cafe! It is by far one of our favorites in Winterville/Greenville. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend!

I was new to the area and my boyfriend was in visiting for the weekend...we came here for breakfast 2 days in a row because the food was so good. You can taste the high quality ingredients. The owners are right there in the kitchen and front...we had a great conversation with the lady! We also love how they support local farmers, so it felt good knowing that each dollar and bite stretches further within the community. Highly recommend this spot for delicious healthy food that gives back!

Grabbed lunch on a Thursday a little after noon, it was quiet with plenty of seating. My companion said it's usually packed though. The service was friendly. The food was great. I got the sandwich that was the daily special, Turkey with Sun Dried tomatoes. They serve breakfast all day & my friend got the Chef's Breakfast Bowl which looked amazing. She said it was incredible. The ambiance is way cuter than you'd expect a little place in a strip mall to be. I'll definitely add this to my list of local rotations.

Good coffee in the morning is important. GREAT coffee is wonderful. Great coffee AND great service AND great conversation? Unheard of. This place really set the mood for our whole day - worth a side trip from anywhere.

What a freaking restaurant huh?? Lindita and her hubby have truly evolved this place to the next level. An ownership change is never easy, but I can honestly say that the focus and dedication put into this place, and the care and the attentiveness of every staff member, make it the best possible service-oriented offering in Greenville. Look no further, this is where you should treat yourself to breakfast and lunch every chance you get. (By the way, get the california crunch wrap for breakfast and add chorizo. You can thank me later.)
Also the dirty chai is a+. Not too sweet, and nice and generously spiced.
