Mi Cabana Mexican Restaurant #3

When you go to Mi Cabana remember that you have to recook eat out food when you get home so I will advise you not to spend your money there due to bad business and customer service.

This has got to be the worst Mi Cabana around this area. This is my 3rd attempt. Each time customer service has sucked. Today I ordered takeout. The waitress acted like she didn't want to be there and put my change on the counter instead of my hand. I'll stick to the one near the hospital or mall.

Not very welcoming had to wait 30 mins for silverware and acp did not come with tortilla

Service was horrible. After waiting for over 30 minutes for food. We asked our waitress, she said she would check. She spent 5-10 doing other things. We then asked another staff person. We watched several other parties get served their food. We left the restaurant and went to another one.

We can last Saturday night as a large party and the food and the service were great! However this was not our experience there tonight with even less people. The waitress was absolutely rude, never smiled and got the order wrong and then proceeded to argue with me about what we ordered. I just ended up telling her never mind on my food because at that point i was already aggravated. She came back after the food hit the table (quite some time after) and just asked if we were ok. We had to ask her for refills, she slammed one of the kids plates down in front of them, and instead of hanging me my bill, put it down on the opposite side of the table and just walked away when i had my hand out for it. I work in customer service, as a sever, and with the chance of getting that server again, we just won’t be back. Awful experience as far as service goes.

I have always bought there but today I got a woman with a very bad attitude
I ordered some tacos and they were charging me for the sauce, tacos are not supposed to go with the sauce..
If you are going to buy tacos to take away, prepare a sauce because they sell it.

The food was good except salsa not so great, but service no so much...had to ask for napkins and tea and more.

I love this place !! The food is fantastic and the prices are perfect. Chips and salsa are free, which is a huge bonus.

Over all excellent food, service and atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside. There is a bar area with a tv.

It’s $5.35 to substitute french fries in place of rice and beans Mi Fiesta , la Fiesta and La Rancherita do not charge extra to substitute french fries in place of rice and beans

Service and food were great. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the smell of cooking some kind of help peppers. It was a really strong smell that made us cough the whole visit. I'm not sure if the restaurant doesn't have ventilation or if it was not working properly.
