Ordered pizza for pick up. Glad it was ready pretty quickly. I’ve gotten papa John’s pizza for years with no complaints, but unfortunately this pizza was terrible. It was pretty crappy. Tasted like cheese and dough, flavorless. My husband said the same thing and he said he didn’t like the last pizza we got from them either. Please do better.

Well last time I went and picked up the employees had their children on the table making pizza so I decided to do delivery this time to avoid that scene. But now I think it’s kind of ridiculous you order one pizza and are given a time over an hour away. Pay over $5 for a delivery fee plus totally my option $5 for a tip and they are still making it well past the given time. Needless to say I’m finding a new pizza place, we will never order here again.

First of all, SHAME ON THIS CORPORATION. Having only ONE employee on sight for an extended period of time may not be illegal but it's immoral and bad for business. I placed an order at 2 pm and didn't receive it until 3:10 pm. Obviously I understand why but that's exactly why the company should've had more people come in. To those of you who called out last minute to party for halloween...unbelievable. At least call out a week in advance! It's common courtesy. Overall, I'm proud of the woman who handled it all on her own!

My wife wanted to order a pizza, but 10th St couldn't deliver so they ordered from the Fire Tower Rd location for her. When she finished, she was told it would be 2 hours (It turned into 2.5 hours) She tried to cancel the order because it would a 9pm delivery, too late for her to eat. The Fire Tower location could not be reached to cancel the order. I was stubbornly on hold for an hour before I got fed up and hung up. I will accept the pizza, but I will never use this location again. I understand being slammed and having slow delivery. I do not understand their refusal to answer their phones. This is legitimately the worst service I've ever had from a Papa John's. Corporate should be embarrassed by this location.

Pizza not even begun to be made upon arrival. Chaos in store, half of staff did not show for work was the reason given. Hair of staff not covered. Asked why staff person’s hair was not covered. After getting home and eating pizza, bit into a long black hair. Could it have been a coincidence or intentional. I have my opinion it is too coincidental. I have a picture but do not see an option to upload. How convenient.

Soft crust, sweet tangy sauce, good cheese, decent toppings. Reliable taste, great for delivery.
I order half anchovies and olives, my whole pizza was covered with it. Then on top of it the door dash driver was swing the pizza in carrier as he was walking to my door causing the pizza to be smushed in the corner and some of the toppings and cheese coming off. The young lady I talked to was nice but was not able to remake the pizza and get it resent out.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order my pizza online got there a little early paid for my pizza and I waited for my food to come out the oven the older white manager with glasses had a bandaid on her finger and I saw her run water over her hands mind you that nasty bandaid was exposed she begin to take her bare hand with the nasty bandaid exposed and she was topping pizzas and she grabbed a handful of cheese with that same hand and begin to cheese the dough this was so disgusting 🤢 I would encourage anyone to be cautious when eating at this restaurant

Worst papa John's I've ever been to. There seems to always be chaos and disorganization in the kitchen with absolutely no communication. Manager walks around huffy puffy and acts like her workers don't know left from right when she's the one in charge of managing them. Which I don't hold the employees accountable all of this falls on management. They also have certifications up front I suppose to prove there food safety certified which is completely false. Not one person is wearing gloves or hair net as they make your food and the frequency of washing hands seems minimal. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere if you want better service, food, and peace of mind that employees are taking measures to prepare your food in a more hygienic manner.
