I order half anchovies and olives, my whole pizza was covered with it. Then on top of it the door dash driver was swing the pizza in carrier as he was walking to my door causing the pizza to be smushed in the corner and some of the toppings and cheese coming off. The young lady I talked to was nice but was not able to remake the pizza and get it resent out.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order my pizza online got there a little early paid for my pizza and I waited for my food to come out the oven the older white manager with glasses had a bandaid on her finger and I saw her run water over her hands mind you that nasty bandaid was exposed she begin to take her bare hand with the nasty bandaid exposed and she was topping pizzas and she grabbed a handful of cheese with that same hand and begin to cheese the dough this was so disgusting 🤢 I would encourage anyone to be cautious when eating at this restaurant

What kind of pizza is this? A three inch crust and minimal toppings! How did this even leave the store? Rating changed to 3 stars as management called and made it right.

Worst papa John's I've ever been to. There seems to always be chaos and disorganization in the kitchen with absolutely no communication. Manager walks around huffy puffy and acts like her workers don't know left from right when she's the one in charge of managing them. Which I don't hold the employees accountable all of this falls on management. They also have certifications up front I suppose to prove there food safety certified which is completely false. Not one person is wearing gloves or hair net as they make your food and the frequency of washing hands seems minimal. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere if you want better service, food, and peace of mind that employees are taking measures to prepare your food in a more hygienic manner.

The person that took my order didn’t know if they had any special going on. But I order two pizza and wings after I ate the fist slice it made me sick as hell me and my children so I want be buying no food from Papa John No More!!!!!

I placed an online order that was confirmed to be ready, just to show up for them to have lost it. They tell me they’ll remake it, no big deal right? Well, ended up waiting over 30 minutes just for them to lose it again. You can’t make this up, genuinely a terrible experience.
I ordered a pizza online, got the text that it was ready, and sent my spouse in to pick it up. It wasn’t ready. We waited an extra 15 minutes after the half hour we already waited before anybody told us what was wrong. I went into check what was going on and the whole store is an absolute mess with 3-4 people just standing around in the back. I went up to the counter to talk to the person there and she turned around and walked away! And she was the manager! I asked for a refund and nobody knew how to do that.

So I ordered delivery from here tonight absolutely the worst place EVER!! For starters the delivery driver calls me to tell me she's outside. There's not a brook dr in winterville my address clearly says brook Lane. She sounded like she was drunk so I called the store to have my food remade and went to pick it up. Everyone in there looks like they need a drug test. Listening to other customers in the store Everyone order was messed up. I get back home to find a pizza on my porch. They will NEVER get my money AGAIN! WHATS CRAZY IS I ALWAYS GET FROM PIZZA HUT JUST WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. pizza hut please forgive me smh

Last time I order from here! Wear a damn hairnet! It's not that hard to practice proper food safety rules when handling another person's food! Deeply disgusted!
