My friend and I went here after a movie for pizza. We usually go to the drive thru after a movie and take it home but decided to dine in. We went inside. We were the only customers. There were 4 people working. Only 1 car was at the drive through. We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and they never even acknowledged our presence. Totally ignored us. We left and went to Anchalee Thai Restaurant. That was our favorite pizza place but after being disrespected we won't be back.

I love this place & this is the only pizza but that I'll visit. The food is always hot, & very well made. Everyone that works here is super nice. The only time I've ever had a bad ordeal was when ordering delivery & it had to be delivered by door dash....I won't go into that--because the wonderful woman that works at this location--made it right! I have nothing bad to say!
If you're getting pizza, & you want Pizza Hut--this is the ONLY location in Pitt County that I'd recommended visiting. The service, the food, the wait time, the people-- nothing short of spectacular!!!

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and when I got my pizza at the drive thru and checked it out, there was no extra sauce. I told the guy at the window that there wasn’t and he kept telling me there was and I told him I wasn’t happy. Then to add to that he charged me for extra sauce when extra sauce was included in my order that wasn’t there. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I have never been treated this way when I wasn’t happy with my food. Something could’ve been done like it has been before

I ordered a pizza online and picked the pizza up drove home only to discover they gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni with onions and mushrooms just like the receipt said. The pizza they gave me was a cheese pizza. When I asked for a free pizza for my troubles the manager Rahsheem would only return my money back. This is the second time this same establishment has done this in three years. I won't be back.

Do not order door dash from here!!!!! The lack of care from them bc you're not directly In front of them is ridiculous. First, don't order the fries bc you'll end up with exactly 6 1/2 of them ( there was so few you could count them). Second, the wings you receive won't be covered in sauce, we only had one bbq wing that had adequate sauce on it, the other seven were completely dry. Lastly, it was packaged like a 2 year old did it in a hurry. This is what happens when you hire anyone and leave it to your crappiest most uneducated workers to work the night shift. Won't make that mistake again!

Ordered supreme thin crust. There was hardly no sauce on the dough prior to putting on the other ingredients. Therefore, it was dry and in fact, you could not see any sauce.
