Customer service is terrible! I have called 2 days in a row and get HUNG UP ON. Nobody answers after 10-20 rings but you can hear them pick up and hang up phone. Will not ever deal with yall again.

I love going to Sam’s Club they have everything I need. They are very polite and friendly helpful. Have all the best prices in town. I like going every Saturday to get my groceries and my supplies that I need for the house. Sometimes I even get some stuff from work from there.

I have no idea why people are so upset with this Sams Club. With so few reviews I have to assume that it's just a few bad experiences and of course no one comments when they have a good experience! I have been a member since they opened and have never had a problem. The place is clean, the cashiers know me by name and are very kind and friendly, I always find what I need at a decent price, and their sliced turkey is much better than any other packaged turkey I have found. Also the rotisserie chickens are huge and excellent and the best price in town. Reviews here might not be good, but the happy crowds at Sam's say different.

The most disgusting and filthy restrooms I've ever seen in a major retailer. Not recent either a thick film of dust. God only know what on the dividers. Makes a gas station bathroom look clean. I'll avoid this location at all cost.

I have a Sam's Club "courtesy" card so I can shop there; my wife is the "primary" holder. I have downloaded Sam's "Scan & Go" which I use to scan every item, effectuate payment and exit the Club by simply showing my Smartphone. However, I am NOT allowed to buy ONE ITEM online - my wife has to buy it. The purchase would be PAID by OUR credit card and shipped to OUR home address. Can anyone tell me WTF is wrong with SAM'S CLUB MANAGEMENT?

Sams club is my favorite! I love the selection and the ease of self check out. When the store is busy it is not fun, but if you go at the right times and have a plus membership and you can shop early and earn cashback!

Sam's Club Zero is my rating. We had a single membership. However they told me that our membership expired. I called my wife she said we were paid up. They told me that I couldn't make my loaded basket ful purchase unless I paid $100.00 membership for me and my wife to fix the matter. Later I determined we had two different accounts. Mine was over priced at $100.00 + my wife's. Sam's refused to resolve after many attempts. No more Sam's.
Store is good, but if you have to return something good luck. They are unfriendly and not accommodating at all. Even the manager was terrible. I do not recommend this place at all.
