Food is mid, service is nice, took about an hour for dinner to come out. And no the dining room isn’t packed just moderately busy

This use to be a decent place to eat but the last few times have been pretty bad. The food has been horrible. Cold, soggy, flavorless, just not good at all. It’s hard to mess up bar food. The service was very subpar. I understand food taking long but the check shouldn’t take the same amount of time. Long time customer will not be back.

Been going to Tie Breakers for years. And this location has just dropped so much in the past year. You're better off going to the other two locations with an hour wait then coming here if you're in a hurry. The service is horrible and not just speed but we haven't received our entire order the past 3 times we have been. They always forget to bring something out but because the waitress doesn't come over but every 15 to 20 minutes you're already done eating what you do have by the time you bring it up or they realize it. You might as well order two drinks while you're at it because refills from the bar are 30 mins out, always. The cooks at this location needs to take lessons from the cooks on Greenville Blvd. The food is always over cooked. The cheese is fried slam out of the cheese sticks, the fried chicken is as dark and as hard as asphalt. It is like they drop stuff in a fryer and wait til it is smoking before removing it. Just not worth it any more.

My wife and I have been to tiebreakers often for 3 years whether its takeout or dining in. The food is simple and beer is cold, though service is spotty if your party is a bit larger as others have noted. Happy to support this chain, they have it going on. Can go wrong with a pimento cheeseburger.

Went in at 8:00 tonight with our 3 grandsons. The “Wait to be seated” sign was out so we waited. The “hostess” got up from a table and asked “what can I help you with”? Uh, a table. She seated us in a booth, with menus, that was the last service we got. Plenty walked by, no one stopped at our table. Maybe 10 customers at the time, and most of them at the bar. At 8:15 we got up and left, and stopped at the table she was seated at, thanked her for the NO SERVICE, and left. Unreal, hardly any customers and service like that. Well, never again, and have enjoyed eating there for years!

If we could leave 0 stars we would! Got seated at 1 30 after attending the watermelon festival this afternoon and ordered and at 2 pm our server said food should be right out! Never even saw her again and we got up at 2 21 and just walked out! We waited for 51 minutes and still did not have our food! Thanks for the lemon water! We definitely won't come back here!!!

ordered only cheese fries that took 45 minutes and mind you the restaurant itself wasn’t crowded. trust me when i say this restaurant from service to the food is not what it used to be and definitely not worth your time or money.

Loved this atmosphere! Clean, friendly. Wait staff phenomenal. However, my cheesesteak was so salty it was almost inedible. Loved the place, not sure I will come here to eat again, though. Maybe for trivia nights?
