Tie Breakers - Winterville

Food took over an hour even though it was a slow night. Food arrived cold, and didn't have much flavor. Wait staff were very nice.

If we could leave 0 stars we would! Got seated at 1 30 after attending the watermelon festival this afternoon and ordered and at 2 pm our server said food should be right out! Never even saw her again and we got up at 2 21 and just walked out! We waited for 51 minutes and still did not have our food! Thanks for the lemon water! We definitely won't come back here!!!

ordered only cheese fries that took 45 minutes and mind you the restaurant itself wasn’t crowded. trust me when i say this restaurant from service to the food is not what it used to be and definitely not worth your time or money.

Loved this atmosphere! Clean, friendly. Wait staff phenomenal. However, my cheesesteak was so salty it was almost inedible. Loved the place, not sure I will come here to eat again, though. Maybe for trivia nights?

Service was very slow. One of our party did not get her meal when they brought out everyone else’s. NO APOLOGY by the waitress or the person who 15 minutes later brought it out. My tater tots were cold! Another in our party declared this location to be the worst in his experience and our meal today reconfirmed it. Just awful.

Everyone should go to tie breakers in winterville their food is great drinks are cold and refreshing and the waitstaff is topnotch! All ladies are beautiful and a great personality! The best are the bartenders all are great but the best is my little Demi. Cone on for a good time!

We waited way too long for fried food. No one ever came to offer a reason why our food was taking so long or make an apology.

I'm in the neighborhood and have stopped in on this Tie Breakers location a few times. I stopped in for a quick bite the other night, during the weekday, not realizing the kitchen was closing (9 pm). The bartender Hannah was super sweet and checked with the kitchen then took my order. She made good suggestions as to what she liked, and it was spot on. There were a few others in finishing up their drinks and she was very accommodating within reason to them as well. Every time I've been in all the wait staff and bartenders went out of their way to provide excellent service. The food was above par for what you'd expect from a pub and haven't been disappointed with anything that comes out of the kitchen. I eat local and support small businesses when I can, and these folks have earned my repeat business. Give them a try if you haven't already!

Parking: The location is on a one-way street across from the Winterville Police department. Parking is available all along the store fronts.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location is one story on slab construction. It is easily accessible by wheelchair with handicap placard parking close by the entrance.

Yesterday….perfect: burger and tater tots: today….terrible. Peppers were almost burned, fried green tomatoes, almost burned, grilled cheese sandwich, cheese was not melted all the way through. Server taking order couldn’t get it straight. Best thing today….fried potato chips. Very disappointing today. Not at all appetizing.

Went to dinner with my daughter. We had 1/2 mozzarella and 1/2 pepper jack fried cheese sticks for an appetizer. I had the shrimp po boy and she had 8 count wings with 2 different flavors. I had onion rings for my side. The cheese sticks were great; crunchy outside and gooey inside and the breading was good. My po boy was delicious; their home run sauce was great. The wings were excellent according to my daughter. Portions were excellent and pricing very reasonable. $43.00 for 2 meals, appetizer, one alcoholic drink and one tea. And our server Hannah was excellent especially considering how busy they were.
