Came in store and nobody was present to take my order stood at counter for more than 5 minutes before someone noticed me 😡

I would review the food and smoothies but was not served because I was lied about all the blenders being broken at 8:50 and the grill being off.

Wasn’t greeted when I entered and smoothies were watered down. Will not be back

Have been here several times before 9, for them to say they are actually closing already and wouldn’t make any more drinks . Just left 5 minutes ago and was told this . Firetower location . If hours are until 9 and someone come 8 minutes before it makes no sense not to make the drink .

My first time eating here. Ordered over the app and picked up in the drive thru. I loved how many options there were. I had a tough time deciding what to try first (Caribbean Jerk wrap 😉). Very flavorful. Also had the green detox smoothie. So good.

Not the servers fault!!! But absolutely ridiculas to have one person serving BOTH the drive thru and walk-in customers. A customer should not have to wait 20 mins to have their order taken. POOR magement!!

I never have a problem with this tropical smoothie location, but the service I received today wasn’t thoughtful. Firstly, when I walked into the restaurant, no one greeted me. Secondly, when I approached the register, the cashier didn’t ask me if I had a rewards app and automatically assumed I wanted my order to-go. I was trying to get the deal for a free smoothie. Thirdly, it felt like she was rushing me to finish ordering. Once I got my order, the detox smoothie I ordered didn’t taste right and I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich( which was cold in some areas.) a few minutes later, I went back inside so I can get a refund on the smoothie as it was supposed to be a free one. Again- no one acknowledged me or said anything to me. I ask for the manager and a young Hispanic lady approaches me. I explain that I was trying to get the free smoothie offer, and she states that I can’t because I already ordered my smoothie. I told her either way I should still get a refund due to the smoothie not tasting right. I ended up leaving the establishment and going to another TSC to receive my free smoothie.

Used to love this place but last 2 times I’ve ordered here they just make the smoothie without telling you they are out of ingredients for that smoothie. I’m not sure why they don’t make the product unavailable to order from
The app if all the ingredients aren’t available to make the product!

Poor customer service -- unmotivated staff. The morning team is always better than the closing staff. I recommend avoiding this place after 2 PM for a better customer experience.

You couldn't hear the cashier when you asked questions bc the blenders were so loud and not much fruit flavor in the smoothie I had. Had much better!

Girl that works at drive thru doesn’t know how to do her job, very rude and not helpful. After waiting 20 minutes finally decided to come inside for the lady running the cash register not to know multiple things about the menu. Not professional whatsoever and all around horrible customer service. I have never written a review in my life or felt that I needed too until I came to this tropical smoothie!!

Can barely drink my chia banana boost through the straw and even then keep getting chunks of banana and ice chips. Wasn't blended right feels like a waste of money. Waited half an hour for my whole order (ordered peanut paradise) just to be disappointed. In the picture this was after waiting about 40 minutes total to get to that point. Won't come back.
