There was no customer service didn't receive a hello or anything. Smoothie tastes like it's missing something. I'll be sticking to the Arlington location from now on

Customer service was none existent. Smoothie doesn't even taste like it does from the location on Arlington. I will definitely stick to the Arlington location from now on. Didn't even get a hello

The lady was very very rude service was not great she did not help us was very unclear. She got an order wrong about five times.

Parking: Parking was fine. We went through the drive-through lady at the drive-through did not know our order. We said it about five times and she was very rude

The customer service here is excellent. The manager, Aleida, goes above and beyond for her customers. The food is always fresh and warm. I LOVE their smoothies. The restaurant is clean and spacious. They have a drive thru that is quick and efficient. Plenty of parking available.

very short staffed. took abt 15 min for one smoothie and it was only 1 person in front of me. when I got my smoothie, it was very chunky w/ ice.

I ordered an acai bowl with extra granola and peanut butter. There were little to no berries, no honey and very little granola. I paid for extra granola. I also ordered a hummus vegetable wrap. It was very messy with all the onions in one spot in the middle. Not much care was put into the preparation of my food. For the amount I paid I feel like the ordered should be prepared correctly and neatly. Will not go back to this location.

Avocolda, Jamaican jerk chicken wrap hands down delicious! I like the fact that you can get a fruit side instead of chips or bread. And that's great for my kids

I need to know who do I need to speak to the manager will not return my call my daughter was employed here she worked two days and was told by other employees that manager said he was not going to pay my daughter because he did not believe she worked those days and that he had fired her he will not return my call and I need to speak with someone higher up asap

This business really needs an upgrade. The people working are very immature and struggle to professionally represent the business. The drive thru has messed up every one of my orders time and time again. I had my last straw after calling to report my incorrect order and was told nothing could be done unless I drove back into the store (how inconvenient for their mistake) and was then hung up on. There is never a manger on duty at this location. If you’re looking for a bite to eat on the way home after a long day or a busy day out, this is not the place to go.

Great customer service from the lady at the register; quick, friendly, and overall awesome! The downside here is that the A/C was definitely broken which is not good both for a facility that serves/stores cold items and especially horrid for the poor employees who have to deal with it. This seems to be an ongoing problem and when I tried to inform the manager I was told they weren’t there (that also seems to be a common trend every time I go).

My smoothies are always good but the drive thru line & the customer service is horrible!!! Do better!!
