Greedy....money over customer service and a lot more Tony is horrible I'll never go there again and I was a two or 3 times a week guy so family and associates reading this...

You couldn't hear the cashier when you asked questions bc the blenders were so loud and not much fruit flavor in the smoothie I had. Had much better!

Girl that works at drive thru doesn’t know how to do her job, very rude and not helpful. After waiting 20 minutes finally decided to come inside for the lady running the cash register not to know multiple things about the menu. Not professional whatsoever and all around horrible customer service. I have never written a review in my life or felt that I needed too until I came to this tropical smoothie!!

Can barely drink my chia banana boost through the straw and even then keep getting chunks of banana and ice chips. Wasn't blended right feels like a waste of money. Waited half an hour for my whole order (ordered peanut paradise) just to be disappointed. In the picture this was after waiting about 40 minutes total to get to that point. Won't come back.

Placed an online pickup today and it was supposed to be ready at 11:57AM. Had two smoothies, chia banana boost and a peanut paradise with whey. Neither were ready upon arrival at 11:58AM, one minute past pickup time. Chia banana boost was then made about 8 minutes after getting there. Peanut paradise was not even made until 12:25PM. Very upsetting! Chia banana boost was not blended well, you can taste the chucks of banana and too much ice barely can suck through the straw. Peanut paradise was fine in taste. Not sure what has happened but service keeps getting worse and wait times keep getting longer. Won’t be coming back to this one.

There was no customer service didn't receive a hello or anything. Smoothie tastes like it's missing something. I'll be sticking to the Arlington location from now on

The lady was very very rude service was not great she did not help us was very unclear. She got an order wrong about five times.

Parking: Parking was fine. We went through the drive-through lady at the drive-through did not know our order. We said it about five times and she was very rude

The customer service here is excellent. The manager, Aleida, goes above and beyond for her customers. The food is always fresh and warm. I LOVE their smoothies. The restaurant is clean and spacious. They have a drive thru that is quick and efficient. Plenty of parking available.

very short staffed. took abt 15 min for one smoothie and it was only 1 person in front of me. when I got my smoothie, it was very chunky w/ ice.

I ordered an acai bowl with extra granola and peanut butter. There were little to no berries, no honey and very little granola. I paid for extra granola. I also ordered a hummus vegetable wrap. It was very messy with all the onions in one spot in the middle. Not much care was put into the preparation of my food. For the amount I paid I feel like the ordered should be prepared correctly and neatly. Will not go back to this location.

Avocolda, Jamaican jerk chicken wrap hands down delicious! I like the fact that you can get a fruit side instead of chips or bread. And that's great for my kids
