This is my second time ordering for takeout gave them another chance and it was wrong again since I cant place the order on the phone..I had to do it online. My burgers were dry no lettuce or tomatoes. And they gave me my food in a food lion bag.

We had a great experience but there was definitely a mix up somewhere and alot of people left mad. Don't know how they keep all of the order straight to begin with. Always alot going on in there.
Workers nice to us but were bickering in-front of customers the whole time while waiting for our food. Me and my friends drove 4 different places trying to eat inside and it was not worth it because of how uncomfortable it was. They also had a whole house full with only 1 cook.

The cooks need to start paying attention to the orders and stop getting items prepared wrong if thats a trend the supervisor needs to be replaced
