Been here twice this week. I stood to the counter for min before being recognized both times. There was 5 min until lunch which is what I wanted. Do you think the employee offered to take my order anyway for the 4 min wait??? I SPENT MY $ IN THE SPEEDWAY NEXT DOOR. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WENDYS!!

There was only one person working. You read that correctly ONE person working. It took way to long to get the food. The man was doing the best he could do. I should have known something was up when we were the only people in there.

Today was the absolute worse experience ever! I waited for nearly 15 minutes for my food. I decided to go inside the store and ask for a refund the manager on duty asked for what and I proceeded to tell her that I have been waiting for food for nearly 15 minutes. She was very rude. The front end cashier tried to go and help the back end make food being that the manger on duty was more concerned about her drive thru time than getting out food. She gave me my food which the order WAS WRONG! I would have very much liked my refund instead of getting a burger I couldn’t eat because of the toppings I DID NOT ask for being on it. They didn’t even give me my drink!

You literally cannot get your food at the drive through window at this location, they make you pull up every time. Even when you are the only car in line. I guess they have a timer or something they are trying to get around, but for the customer it sucks!

Usually if I have a bad experience at a restaurant such as the food. I would give them another try thinking they had a bad day. At this point I’m done with the Wendy’s at this location. It’s not like they’re busy from the time they open until the time they close. Some of the workers don’t take pride in their work. The quality and quantity of food being served is pathetic.

I waited 40 minutes for my food and one of the young girls was very rude, but there was one young lady that was really polite. The skinny long ponytailed guy, that was supposed to be cooking, acted like he could care less that it took him that long to get our food prepared. I will not be eating at this Wendy’s again.

Waited for 30mins and I had to get out of my car to go in and get it . 5 different people had to do the same . Worse Wendy’s. Plus the girls in the drive thru are rude and disrespectful . Talking bad about customers.

Worst place I ever at people outside in their cars smoking weed. You could smell it through the draft, or it's disgusting. Do you need to have their hands washed? Not come inside, make sandwiches. And then go back inside, don't wash in their hands and just reach marijuana. The need drug test here
