Slowest fast food place in existence.

Lately drive through line your waiting 20 minutes just to get to the front. Not sure what's going on but 20 minutes is too long to be waiting for fast food in a drive thru line.

The cobb salad from Zaxby’s (Winterville off Memorial Dr) looked pretty on the top. I took the fork and pulled up from the bottom… So I had to take the time to pick it out. For $10.+ dollars Ughhhh! Their Christmas decorations are beautiful every year… but maybe some of that money should be redistributed to quality ingredients instead. Probably won’t be back.

I ordered a Big Zax Snack at the Winterville NC location because I was STARVING and the only thing I wanted was Zaxbys and the meal was AWFUL. The toast was old and stale and burnt. The fries were cold and old. I couldn’t even eat those. The chicken was okay so I ate them because I just spent $10 on it and was starving but I’m so disappointed with the toast and the fries. I’ve never had a bad experience with any Zaxbys besides now.

First, went in there to order the Chicken Fajita Wrap at 12:19pm. After ordering, I noticed the people that came in after me received their order before I did. So when 12:40 pm came, I asked if the cashier knew when my order would be ready and she really didn't check. So once my spouse came in and asked what was going on with the order because the food should not have taken that long, I said I'm not sure what the deal is. So when my spouse went to ask at 12:50pm close to 1:00pm if we can talk to the manager and receive a refund, the manager came. No apologies or anything. I will not be going back to that Zaxbys anymore. I will stick to the Allen Rd because I never had issues with them.

The kids really like it. I wanted to leave a positive review because they had messed up our drive through order, and I didn’t notice until already driving 30 min away, but the manager, Ty- was kind enough to make things right. It happens- glad they were able to keep us as customers because the kids can be finicky.
