Fries was fresh, but way too much seasoning. I couldn't eat them and couldn't take them back because I stay across town. I didn't know you can mess up an order of fries. The seasoning that's being used is really for meats and should be only sprinkled not dashed on french fries. Too much salt will put a person in the hospital

Ask for a knife advise they have no , rude customer service , chicken did not come out well done machine was out of ice and no one want to fix it , just seems to not want to do the job they are hired to do

A nice young group of respectful high school aged employees. The management on duty was attentive to their needs especially the cashier asking for assistance.

This Zaxby's is amazing. The service was wonderful. The music was Christian music and very nice. The restaurant was clean and the food came out hot and fresh fast. Very pleased with the service and atmosphere. Thank you all for good service and a great experience. God bless!

Pulled in at 12 for lunch. Only one car ahead of me. Took nearly 30 minutes sitting for someone to bring food. They pulled every car up.. employee bringing food out was not pleasant. Do better

I'm addicted to the plain traditional wings, seasoned fries, & buttered toast, but it's not complete unless you have Zaxby's sauce!!

I came here alot, but now only a few times a year, because they have gotten a bit rediculous with everything. The plates they give you are now half the amount of what they were a few years ago, I even had recently my plate, i always get the chicken finger plate, and literally I could count how many french fries were in my plate, because there werent even8 peices. 8. if im paying the cost they charge for fries, I would expect alot more than 8 peices, and yet i constantly get a plate with a few chicken strips, and a few fries, and alot of empty room on my plate, because they are constantly giving less and less, but charging more. Little things do add up, and thats why I would choose to eat elsewhere. the only reason I came was for the taste, but taste goes bad when you dont get anything to eat any more.
Then the service......it is also not as good as it used to be. I had to drive through one night, and i cant see around the curve to get in line, and there is a car sitting at the entrance of building, so i pull around them to get in the line, the manager was at that cars window, and came running to me stopping me, telling me they were in line first. there was no one else there in the line, and no indication what to do, where to go, and the manager chose instead to be rude, by telling me to get out the way and drive around, and then she waited there to give me more attitude about it, and then wanted to take my order with the same attitude. Nope. I dont see a reason to continue coming if things continue going downhill at this location.
