Our server, Piper, gave us great information on new menu items. She passed our feedback along regarding a new blue cheese / vinaigrette salad dressing (didn’t get much effect from the blue cheese). All of our entrees were delivered fresh from the kitchen. We especially liked the cornbread.
Blue water is a staple for my husband and I. April-May is my favorite time of year to visit with the weather & views! Food was amazing & Our server Tabitha and trainee Sophie were fabulous. Tabitha was super natural plus great server & trainer. Sophie too!

Its Me
We had a family gathering and decided to dine here due to the great reviews. When we arrived (6 adults, one toddler and one baby) we were told the wait was about 45 minutes. The entire wait I observed the look of the hostess toward us (Our family is very multi cultural from Dominican, Multi racial, Philipino, and German descent). We actually waited almost 1 hour and 30 minutes while an entire side room, clearly visible for anyone waiting in the front, was very slowly being swept out and tables cleaned and set, 4 employees chatting and standing around (it should not take almost an hour to clean up from the previous guests since the room only had a few tables). When the room was finally ready for guests to be seated, my son had just asked the hostess how much longer it would be to be seated, the hostess seated the family that came almost an hour after we had arrived. My son had just stepped away for a minute to tend to his toddler but the rest of us were clearly visible to the hostess and after this discriminatory behavior I informed my son that I would not be eating in this restaurant. A manager overheard what I said and all of a sudden we were seated within seconds. Since everyone was very hungry at this point my entire family ate but I did not, for I will not dine in a upscale restaurant that employs staff that is prejudice and discriminates. Teach your staff some ethics and eliminate staff that has issues with different cultures and races. The last time my family members and I have been discriminated against in a restaurant was in the 1980’s. I have no idea how your restaurant received such a high rating, for one star is too much. BTW, once we were seated I walked through the entire restaurant and there was plenty of seating in the main parts of your restaurant.

Our new favorite lunch spot! Stumbled upon this (surprised this had not been recommended to us) and had a wonderful lunch dockside. Can highly recommend the Shrimp and Crab Salad, as well as the Calabash Platter (a fantastic, lighter version of the classic beach fried seafood platter). Great views of the Intercoastal.Parking: Note that the lot is free, but if you park on the street you have to pay.
We went for lunch on a Saturday. The views were breathtaking. The food was fresh and the portion sizes were generous. I recommend the bbq ribs and the calabash seafood platter. But I must say we saw a lot of tables getting the bacon cheeseburger. It looked delicious!
Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Men's bathrooms could use sprucing up. Free parking in lot across street. Paid street parking.
