Food was very flavorful! Drinks were great. Our waitress was very nice and the kitchen was fast which was nice.

Service was good. I wouldn't say it was a true brunch. It was a some what elevated hotel breakfast. They did have someone making omelets which were good. Not many danishes or bagels/breads. Fresh fruit always looked like it needed to be replenished.

2nd visit to Solstice. The first time wasn't bad just very busy and food took a long time and was ok. Last night felt like a local crowd. No one bullying us about needing our table and to remove our car. The two entrees, scallops and snapper special were excellent. The Mahi Reuben was only fine, oily and bland. My fault for ordering it when so many excellent seafood dishes. Ambience was beautiful view. Private party music was too loud but they had breaks in it. We will definitely be going back now that the summer season is over.

Food was terrific. Sat outside and enjoyed the warm weather. Service was a little slow, but of a wait between waitress visits and took a long time to get our drinks. But overall enjoyed and will go back.

Great service! My friend and I enjoyed the seafood dishes! It was well balanced and creatively presented! The cocktails were interesting and tasty too!

The wine was delicious and the steak was too- asked for more of the sauce and the waitress gladly brought it! A little loud but we could hear the music and it was lovely also- I would definitely go back.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. It has a great patio with a view of the water. The food was very good. Additionally, we sat out on the patio and the kids had access to yard games down below which enabled us to sit and enjoy and extra glass of wine. The inside bar is also cute and drinks were good. I had the spicy margarita, scallops, crab dip (app) and enjoyed everything.

Outdoor seating area was nice. Service was friendly and good. But, the food was not good. We got the grilled octopus and pork belly - the octopus appeared to have been grilled well but was then coated in some kind of red wine reduction that tasted weird and was very off putting. The pork belly was all fat- pork belly is obviously fatty by nature but this had very little meat in it and was a gelatinous grease bomb. The duck confit flatbread could have been good but the confit was overwhelmed by too much goat cheese and fig spread. Crab cake was mushy, practically crab-less and unappealing. Sorry - wanted this to be good but it was not.

The ambiance is nice especially if you sit outside facing the ocean. We ordered crab dip as appetizer which I find very good. I ordered shrimp tacos it's a bit spicy for me but also nice with the fries. My husband got the pesto flatbread which he said his rating is 9 out of 10. The service of the restaurant is superb & staffs were very friendly even the hotel front desk when we asked for parking pass.

Pleasently surprised that a Holiday Inn could provide good food and service. It reminds me of the old days when Holiday Inn was the place to go. Would recommend

Meh... 🫤 the views are spectacular. The parking is horrible, the people are very nice, the meal was just OK. Expensive for the price. We ordered crab dip came with toasted wheat toast... The drinks were OK. My cocktail definitely had a mix in it rather than fresh. The fruit was nice and fresh and the omelette making station was very good, but everything else that our party had was meh... i'd go back but definitely not during tourist season, we had to circle around and wait for a parking spot to open up. Had I known what the food was gonna be like we would not have stayed .

Service staff is trained well . Either our instructions on cooking food medium to well was not understood as a burger was cooked only 1/2 way . Crab cake was excellent . Drinks were prepared well . The view is excellent- the ocean is right there . Worth a visit just for the view alone. Parking is free and at the hotel. Will return but only for apps , drinks and the view from the outside seating.

It was a nice view but definitely overpriced. We didn't realize it was a hotel restaurant.
