We typically love coming here, but this most recent time we received terrible service. We waited at our table outside for 15+ minutes with multiple servers walking by and not being addressed at all. We didn’t even get a drink. We decided to leave as it was clear we weren’t going to get served.

This was my first time at Poe’s. My daughter went to another location and begged me to go there for lunch on the way home. I cannot have onions so the waitress knew exactly what salad dressing I could have without them. She was extremely nice and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our inch and given the opportunity we will be back.

We love Poe’s Tavern! We continue to come here long after first discovering it in college. Today we drove out of the way to stop by and we are always pleased with the food and service! It’s also a beautiful place to sit outside!

A really cool beach tavern decorated entirely with Edgar Allen Poe. Laid back vibes, good food and lots of drink choices. Sitting is available inside and out. I recommend the fish tacos and crab sandwich.
