The worst Bojangles I've ever been to. There is 0 coordination among workers and everyone is going over doing other people's work. Two girls just talking behind the counter talking while I waited for them to take my order. Shift manager had to yell at them eventually to take my order. Then was told my good would be a 5 minute wait... Here we are 30 minutes later still waiting. Workers packaging food without gloves. This Bojangles would serve the public better as an empty lot. Stay far away from here.

Maybe it was a bad day for the Staff. Seemed like there weren't enough Staff. The meal I chose was Not yummy. The breaded chicken wasn't very warm. The fries were warmer, but could have been reheated recently. The young man at the window was distracted by who knows what. I won't be going back.
I am a local and have visited this Bojangles in Yanceyville, NC on different occasions with minor issues. I was at this location 4/18/25, and I will never go back! I asked about an item that’s not on the menu for my wife. The employee asked me why I would order something that I didn’t know what it was. She was just nasty talking to me, unprofessional and just didn’t care. We had a few more exchanges, and I was ready to just leave, because I had had enough, but then asked for the manager. The item is Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich. The manager didn’t care either, but did make the sandwich. This Bojangles is just plain nasty with unprofessional and non caring employees. I’ve read other reviews with similar complaints and other complaints. The owner responds with they will take care of these complaints/concerns, but nothing has changed. No improvements. This location is worse. Please do something to improve this Bojangles. Something has got to give.

Food is always overcooked and dry but that's not even the issue. The managers and employees there don't care about anything. I've been going here for years and literally every time I try to give it a chance they prove to me why I avoid this location. Rude. Never wanna make anything convenient for anyone but themselves. No I will not circle around the drive thru more than once just because Bolinda didn't catch my order.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered a small dirty rice, once I received my food i went to eat it and found a DEAD BUG in my food. Absolutely disgusted and makes you wonder how unsanitary the place is.

Bojangles in Yanceyville, NC is the worst!!!!!! I waited 45 minutes for an eight piece, no sides! They kept lying to me how long it would be for my order. This isn't the first time I received bad service! They close whenever they feel like it. Everyone is high as hell in there too! The men wear their pants half way down their butt. And I still never got my food!!! Close it down!!!!!!!

This particular location is very MESSY!! I was very hungry after getting off from my job, placed an order and the clown 🤡 at the window tells me the credit card machine isn't working😡 This has happened on more than one occasion but I know now, To get the service I desire, I must go outside of Yanceyville!!!
