We frequent Bojangles lot, one of our favorite fast food chains if we have to eat fast food. This was the worst Bojangles I have ever stepped foot in, but there were no other options in this town for miles around. We walked in and mildew hit you in the face like it was so bad it smelt like the property had flooded And when we looked over at the drink machine, there was an open drain with water dripping into it did not even have a cover on it and mold growing in there, so there was the problem with the huge odor in the entire restaurant. The counter over near the drink machine had spills of sticky stuff all over it, and there was one girl trying to mop floors wait on people walking in the door Fill orders, etc., and one girl at the drive-through . Although the one girl doing all these tasks was very friendly and had a great attitude. She said her manager failed to show up that day. It took forever to get our food 10 minutes because we had to wait for the chicken to cook. I thought that was weird then three different people seasoned the french fries so they were overloaded with seasoning. We were starving trying to get back on the road. We suffered through it halfway through the day both me and my husband spent the rest of the time in the bathroom so I don’t know if we got food poisoning or what but I would warn people drive the extra miles before you eat it this place. It was a joke When we left around 11:30. There was such a long line of people coming in the door and that one girl just trying to wait on everybody that place needs some management for sure.

Went there this morning at 9:53am, ordered a couple biscuits and a supremes kids meal. Was asked to pull up after paying, after a couple minutes another car was helped and as the car behind was passing they started arguing with the worker helping the car in front of me. After a couple minutes a manager comes out and asks if there's a problem, I stated no just waiting for out food, and she starts to get an attitude and ask why we are yelling at her worker. And I stated that was not us, that was the other cars. She said oh, well you don't want your chicken to be raw and we have to cook it. And the supremes are a lunch item. I said ok, you asked if there was a problem, I didn't have a problem I was waiting patiently. Our food came out to us at 10:15am. 20 minutes later. Nothing done to make up for yelling at me or the wait. This restaurant is the always the worst experiences. The people working here are rude and treat everyone with disrespect. I was minding my own business waiting patiently and get yelled at over something that I wasn't involved in. And no apologies or anything. I will not be returning!

We don't eat fast food often, we were stoked to get some Bibbity Bo'$ before we left North Cacalacky, and everyone was so friendly and we had the best service and the food was great, perfect Sunday evening stop, before getting back on the road to head home.

Last time ever going to this bojangals!! They were not busy at all but said we had to wait 15 minutes for bone in chicken! So my husband ordered the supreme meals a three piece with mashed potatoes and gravy. We get home and it’s two four piece supreme meals with cold ass fries chicken was cold too!! Had a problem with slow drive thru before but this was the worst food I’ve ever had at a bojangals!!!
