Literally the best souther food I have ever had. The food was fresh, flavorful and also plentiful. I am so grateful for the amazing meal they pulled together for my sister's repass. I can say enough about Alice's hospitality and recipes.

Grew up going to Briggs Bbq, this was my first time going since the new folks have opened up there, they far exceeded my expectations! Fantastic, delicious home style food, and the excellent service was even better than the food. Give them a try you won’t regret it. I always judge a restaurant by their fried okra- my favorite dish. Theirs was cooked to perfection! ?

We stopped thinking this was still only a country cooking place, but I was thrilled to see Jamaican food on the menu and to find the gentleman taking our order was Jamaican. My wife and I had the Oxtails, Curry Goat, and Jerk chicken. The oxtail was maybe the best I’ve had, the jerk chicken stunning, and my wife loved the curry goat, but it was a definite third place for me. My parents had a burger and pulled pork sandwich, and they loved them. Definitely coming back soon.

What an awesome surprise find. I rarely do food reviews as I'm very picky. Top notch home cooked southern... but here's the icing on the cake... authentic jerked chicken and caribbean. Literally the most authentic within 3hr radius of RTP... and the best ive had outside jamaica and nyc. Worth a detour to get fed they these nice folks.
