Unexpected Moon
Posting this from the toilet. Stopped by after work, I only got an ice cream cone. Iâve felt completely fine all day, one hour l later and my entire stomach is cramping up and serve diarrhea. Thanks McDonaldâs for the food poisoning !

We placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:20 AM and arrived at 10:40 after dealing with traffic. Upon arrival, the staff gave us immediate attitude and acted confused about why we were even there. The woman at the counter told us they were completely out of ingredients to make any breakfast itemsâdespite our order already being placed and paid for. No apology, no effort to make it right, just a long-winded excuse and a dismissive tone. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. This experience made it clear customer service is not a priority at this location.

Completely terrible. It took 30 mins to get 2 sandwiches and a hotcakes. When we pulled up the the window, they said that nothing was ready. When we said we'll take whatever is ready because we wanted to leave, they said our order was ready. It was sitting right there but no one here has any idea of what they are doing or what is going on. Orange juice was good though.

If you're expecting to save time or in, do NOT order through the mobile app!! It seems EVERY time I use the mobile app, there's always a delay at the Yanceyville McDonald's!? Whether the food isn't ready (though I wait ample time) when I get there or they claim the order hasn't gone through on their end(though it clearly shows it's been paid for) or they've cancelled an order by the time I get there (with no explanation)!? Then there's a nonchalant attitude that drives me crazy!! I only eat out here in Yanceyville for convenience when I do feel up to cooking, but will ONLY be eating from other establishments for a very long while!! With food already being JUST okay, I won't be going back anytime soon and DEFINITELY won't use the app, especially here in Yanceyville!!đ€Ź Unless you have lots of time & patience, go visit this location!!

there isnât a personal experience at most fast food these days especially the drive-through at McDonaldâs. I donât understand why these new people the new generation donât know how to greet people and talk to them and carry on a small conversation between paying for your order and getting your meal. it makes a big difference.
