Absolutely terrible! Nice Saturday afternoon, we decided to try your restaurant and we will not come back! No one would wait on us after the chips were delivered. Food was cold and terrible. Had to chase down server for drink refill and service was lousy. Los Tres is our “go to” Mexican and you need to learn how to make better food, serve your customers with kindness like they do!

They messed up my take out order and when I called back to let them know I received terrible customer service!!
Be sure to check your food before you leave and always ask for an itemized receipt.
They charged me for fries and never gave them to me. They lied and tried to tell me they never charged me for them and were not able to provide a receipt and all they offered was I could go back for the fries but who wants to go back after you are already home.
They promised to take a photo of the receipt and text it to me and never did.
I didn’t want to call back and go back and forth. After messing up they could have gone above and beyond to fix their mistake but it is apparent the customer service is bad!
