I do not know why I still go to this place. I only come here about once a year because every time I come here they screw something up really badly. This is not an occasional thing, this is every single order I’ve gotten from this location in the last two years.With this complete and total lack of any desire or attempt to provide the services that were paid for, my suggestion to all people reading this is to stop going to this location permanently and shut them down from bankruptcy. Perhaps another franchise will purchase them that knows how to run a restaurant.

Waited about 10mins to place a order, as No one was at front counter! They were all in the back. Need to have all employees cross trained. I'm sure the employees don't have to wait to get there own food ! V. Poor service!!

Came here on 12/6. No one at the counter to take mine, or anyone else order for a min of 10 mins. Everyone was in the back. Staff there need to be cross train!! And you complain about not getting paid enough....Really!! Get your staff cross train...And get someone always there in front to take customer orders!

Worst employees I have EVER in my life dealt with. The level of laziness and not caring honestly amazes me .The late night crew is the worst of the worst wouldn’t serve me my food at 2:45am because they are only selling “breakfast”when the mobile app clearly states they start the breakfast menu at 4am. The app didn’t even have breakfast as an option or I would have ordered that instead. It’s amazing after working hard getting off late night you can’t even be treated with respect when trying to spend money with an establishment. Unbelievable

Very poor customer service. All employees I have interacted with have terrible attitudes. Management is poor obviously and this location needs corporate management to take over. It appeared the restaurant was fully staffed but every employee was angry. This is an ongoing issue at this location.

I just received the worst service from a McDonald's in this place
The crew has gotten my order wrong a few times, but I still like to stop by on occasion. The facility is always neat and clean, and the food is consistently good. I am sure it's a challenge trying to provide personal service when so many customers use the kiosks or online ordering, but it would still be helpful if the person who delivers the order double check that the right customer gets their order without error.

Manager at this McDonald’s should teach other McDonald’s managers how to run their restaurants. Minor issue with my fries being a little cold (it was 3am, obviously not expecting fresh fries) , resolved the issue and dropped some new fries and had a 5 star attitude
