Has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a Mcdonalds . I spent 40 minutes waiting on 2 beverages! If you don't have the staff to cover the location close it down! One woman on staff is insane.

Literally it doesn’t matter if I go thru the drive thru or order to deliver they are always messing something up or not putting something with my order through straight laziness. Just this morning ordered for delivery didn’t get my frappe or syrup for pancakes. I would be okay if this was the first time but it’s literally every time I go to this McDonalds they are messing something up or being rude. The fact that I would now rather drive an extra 3 miles just to get a better experience is ridiculous. Definitely done with this location especially after paying like $30 for my order to Be wrong

50 mins wait and my order was placed on the ap at 910pm… and the order was WRONG after repeating it to them many times… this is the worst mcdonalds

I’ve had good experiences at this McDonald’s before, but today was probably the worst. No greeting when I drove up, no “have a good one” when I left—just a blank facial expression the entire time. I’ve personally worked in fast food, so I understand how rough it can be. But if you can’t do the absolute basics of what the job requires—like simple courtesy and customer interaction—then maybe fast food isn’t the job for you just put the job application down.

I ordered a diet coke through the drive thru with my lunch. Realized in the parking lot that it was not diet. Turned around and when inside. They said they gave me regularly coke because they were out of diet. Ugh! I can't drink the regular. Good thing I was paying attention. They should have told me that when I ordered. This is the 2nd time they've done this.

We live 3 yes I said 3 miles from this sorry excuse for a McDonald’s. Our fries were cold, tasted like they had been refried just to try one warm them up! The nuggets were just down right cold and gross! It is dinner time 5:05 and they should be rolling and on point. I think the problem is this is a company ran McDonald’s not a privately ran franchise.
