Only wanted a LG. half sweet tea with lemon, ice, and a med. Coke. First, not enough ice, and NO LEMON? Why don't you tell someone to order more lemons? What's up with all McDonald's lately? Never have lemon? Why? God knows you charge enough for the tea, you can afford to buy lemons! Then the coke barely had any fizz and looked like it was half water! Poor customer service, too. The little duck at the 2nd window acted like we were unintelligent for asking for lemon that we ORDERED. UGH. Never again.

The lady that works in the lunch time drive thru, seriously hates her job and she lets it be known. I wish I could give her a “0” for customer service

Stopped in to grab breakfast bacon egg and cheese biscuit, sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a number 3 combo with a milk....Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was hard and egg was dry,Sausage egg and cheese biscuit the sausage patty wasn't completely cooked and biscuit was also dry,The number 3 combo the biscuit was also hard with a dry egg...The only thing out of this order that was good was the milk and two packs of grape jelly needless to say we threw the rest away as it would be pointless to try and go back to resolve this issue at this location

I like this mcdonalds but unfortunately I'm forced to say that it's probably my least favorite mcdonalds that I've been to. Not because of the wait times or even the awful interior design, but there's so much left to be desired. Firstly my main problem currently is that they haven't been salting the fries and I'm lead to ask for extra salt everytime if I want any salt at all, but even then sometimes they just don't salt them and it's not even that they have a lack of salt which they don't, they just slack on it and mcdonalds salty fries are part of what holds the whole franchise together and what they're known for because they're more ideal than most other restaurants. Another thing I want to bring to your attention is the night staff. Do NOT go to mcdonalds after 8 pm, you will be severly disappointed. the night staff are rude, will be talking on the phone to their friends while you order with them, and absolutely do not give a damn about working there. I know the pays not good but at least the day workers try. I've decided to stop going at night after the constant rudeness and also the fact that I had to wait for over an hour (and no im not exaggerating) for an apple pie in the drive through because they literally forgot about us. The night workers need more incentive or just need to be replaced.

this place should be closed. had a curb site order. after waiting 10 minutes i went inside to find out they could not find my order. waited another 10 minutes to get my food. get back to my work 5 minutes away to find out the order is wrong. the fries are soggy and under cooked. i understand that help much less good help is hard to find but this was ridiculous. what made it worse is that no one seemed to care.

DISGUSTING Experience – I’ve Had Enough of This McDonald’s in Youngsville, NC
I’ve given this location way too many chances, and every single visit is a disappointment. Two days ago, my food was served cold, the fries were undercooked, and when I asked for it to be corrected, the manager had a terrible attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing them.
Today was the worst experience yet. I ordered a cheeseburger and literally saw spit on the burger. That’s unhygienic, disgusting, and a serious health concern. I refused to eat it.
What makes it worse? I’ve complained multiple times through the proper customer service channels and have NEVER received a single follow-up. No phone call. No email. No text. Absolutely no accountability from McDonald’s or this specific location.
It’s clear this restaurant doesn’t care about its customers, its cleanliness, or basic food safety. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to avoid this location if you care about being treated with respect and receiving safe, quality food.

Came at 2am with no cars ahead of me, waited 20 min after placing order and finally just left. The time before that waited 45 min with 4 cars ahead at 8pm. Definitely in need of management.

Didn’t have a great experience at this McDonald’s. I placed my order on the Kiosk, and waited 20 minutes standing at the pickup counter. I noticed that every person behind me had gotten their food, so inquired what might be taking so long for mine. They said they never got my order, so I showed them my receipt. I then waited another 20 minutes to receive my food. No one acknowledged it or apologized. Also during that time, I saw 4 people come in with mistaken orders. The back looked completely unorganized. Overall just a really bad experience.
I gave the lady my order three times at the drive thru, and she still mess my order up. my first and last time going there.

It's McDs. Sometimes u have no choice but to pickup a fast food burger and these are a plenty. The kiosk is what gets me and forces me away. Like many other places, they want the customer to become employees with no discount for the work.

I can't believe I placed an order to wait and eat inside, and they made me wait over an hour. After I complained very respectfully, I waited another 15 minutes. They gave me the money in cash, when I wanted it back on my debit card, and they just told me that was it. Very poor service, with enough staff to serve today.
