I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ll food said delivered but no one rang the doorbell. I just happened to look on my phone and seen that it said delivered and my order was sitting on the ground. We opened the box and the pizza was ruined with gnats inside. We are highly disappointed and we spent $50 plus with them. We called spoke to the manager she refunded us but still wanted to charge us half off to make a new order I think not. They need to train their delivery drivers to deliver properly.

Ordered a pickup pizza on my way home. Got home. Wrong pizza. Got them on the phone. They just offered a refund. I asked if they would just bring me MY pizza and keep the $25.00. I didn’t want to go out again. Manager says they don’t deliver here. It’s 4.6 miles !! And I’ve ordered delivery EVERY week for the past year and a half and no problems. Great job Shaq. Hope this isn’t one of your franchises.

The food has been declining for a while but the last two orders were enough. They usually get my orders wrong but this time the food was awful I had to go to the bathroom and my stomach was upset I don’t know what’s going on maybe cut backs or not clean but I won’t be back.

Ordered a pizza, got a confirmation email, waited an 1hr, called said my order was processing. Waiting 30 more mins, got a person on the phone who said my order was voided? Yet they still charged my card??

The pizza from this site is always better than the other papa johns in wake forest and Raleigh. I love that they have 100% on their most recent health score. The pizza is sometimes cut all kinds of crooked but the toppings and cook are always just right. I go out of my way to eat here. With coupons you can expect to pay about $10 an item.
Kid-friendliness: I love the temp tattoos and sticker they give to kids that come through. Other papa johns don't do that.
Wheelchair accessibility: They will bring it right out to your vehicle if you call the store number and they do it with a smile.
I physically went to Papa John's in Youngsville to place my order for 19 Pizza's to arrive at 1 p.m., (Moms favorite). I had 47 hungry guests celebrating Mom's 100th birthday 🎉. My invitations explained the time and events for the celebration. We had hired a piano player for one hour to celebration who had to arrive at another event. The pizzas were 45 mins. late, my guests were hungry. It was embarrassing, when I called at 1:10, I was told the order just came through and the pizzas were just going in the oven. I am thankful that I bought additional hordervers, for this exact reasons, even though Papa Johns assured me they're be on time. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't have been an issue but because of guests schedules, it was embarrassing for me.

Had an issue accepting my 100 dollar bill that I was paying with for an ONLINE order. The girl told me that it plainly says at the register that they take nothing larger than a 20. I told her I couldn’t see the register from my computer at the house. Didn’t matter to her. So I went to Jonny’s pizza next door and they gladly accepted my 100 dollar bill for the 70 dollar order I made
