Food is always good. The customer service/ friendliness could use some work.
Went in after sundown and used a coupon. There was a list of meals they would accept the coupon for. The meal was tasty.

Came to this subway after a google search of the closest subway by my destination after driving from Va. The store and server Meredith I believe is her name were good. She prepared our food just fine and was kind. My main concern for this location is the quality of food and proper temp settings. The vegetable containers had frost on them the lettuce was browning, spinach welted tomatoes were sitting on top of the cover made to cover the tomatoes. Overall the vegetables looked old and drawn up. My sandwich had a weird after taste due to the too cold vegetables and turkey meat. I couldn’t finish my sandwich neither could the two teenagers with me

It had been a while since I had been to a subway. On 10/31/24 I went to this location for the first time around 9:00am in the morning. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Gissel. She answered all my questions I had and provided me with excellent service and food. The service was so great I went back again on 11/1/24 which was the next morning.

Walked in at 8:40pm and the employee rudely said “we are closed, we already put all our food up”. Also 95% of the food was still in front of him. I understand people are ready to go home but if your hours are to 9 you should at least serve until 8:50 or 8:55. On top of that, to say what he said in the tone he did was unnecessary. He made it seem like it was common knowledge that they were closed and even people who were sitting in there eating said “it’s only 8:40, I thought they closed at nine”. Was super disappointed in the lack of customer service so I went to the other subway near by which was 10 times better and served me food.

Be careful when paying. I got charged a different price everyday for 3 days. If you don't ask for a receipt I think they add a tip to price.
The guy with the beard makes very good sandwiches! I usually go to the subway by my house but decided to try this subway one afternoon. The meat portion alone was better. Everything was fresh and he made sure to slice the sandwich like i asked. For once i didnt have to worry about my sandwich falling apart while eating it! If hes working i make sure to get a sandwich! I think his name is Will. Great job guys!

After spending $30 plus tip and delivery fees for lunch while at work and unable to leave to get it for myself, I've received a 6 inch tuna melt with a half portion of tuna. I mean visually anybody could look at the sandwich before it got wrapped up and know this ain't what it's supposed to look like. The bread is also stale so now that I've waited until almost 3:00 to get a break at work and go down there to get my sandwich remade. The open sign is on but the doors are locked and nobody is to be found! When there are only maybe four restaurants remotely located near main Street in Youngsville, you would think that they would take more pride in their job of feeding their paying customers more seriously. This is actually the second time this has happened the last time I ordered food from there I had to wait until I got off work to take my lunch in and get it fixed before going home and eating it for dinner that night! Ridiculous

We've started going there more recently because we found the 2 young girls to be very pleasant and make great sandwiches. It is convenient on our super busy days. The last few times we have been, there was a big truck parked directly in front of the restaurant. They were blasting (to the point that if the door opened while you were inside the restaurant, you couldn't hear the employee and she couldn't hear you) music with lots of profanity. You had to endure it to get in and out of the place. To make it worse they had gotten a highchair from Subway and had a baby sitting in it on the walkway exposed to this super loud music. I had my child with me and wanted to cover his ears because he was old enough to comprehend the language. They were just hanging out, sitting on the tailgate. If they had been out in the parking lot it would have been slightly better. I think they were friends of the employee(s). I have seen the same truck parked there right in front of the place again several times. I will not be going there anymore.

There’s mold in the fountain drink dispenser. I bought a large drink and as soon as ice started pouring in my cup clumps of mold were on the ice. The girls behind the counter saw my confusion and asked me “did you get mold in your cup”? Please explain how they have a 100% and the employees know there is mold in the machine, but hey they still allow customers to use it. It’s disgusting and could seriously make someone sick. Do NOT go here!
