The lady that checked me out yawned with her mouth wide open and did not cover it. She spread germs everywhere. I'm going home and throwing the sub away. Yuck!!!

This is was the extra tuna the young lady on the phone told me she supposedly added. You guys always do such a great job adding my extra tuna but this time it really sucked that there was nothing the young lady could offer me. I just want the issue corrected whether with the store or with corporate. 12 bucks is not cheap.

Ordered a footlong BLT which consisted of a single file line of bacon hidden under a ton of lettuce that stopped an inch short of the ends.
I will NEVER order from Subway again!!!

Went in today a little after 1pm with my bf to get lunch. I ordered my sandwich with no issues. When my bf went to order his, he had a petite Hispanic lady take his order. Typically when he goes to subway he asks for a #11 and to substitute the ham with pepperoni. He asked her politely if he could do it and she flat out said “no we can’t” and just continued making his sandwich. He then asked her to stop making his sandwich bc he just wanted a sandwich with turkey, roast beef and pepperoni and needed to look at the menu to see if there was a different option. When he asked for a different sandwich she said she’d need to charge extra meat twice bc the one he asked for didn’t have roast beef or pepperoni. He then asked her why she couldn’t just substitute ham for pepperoni and she said “I’d need to charge you extra meat” (and she never said this when he originally asked to substitute just a flat out no and on top of it continued making his sandwich. Had she originally said she had to charge extra he wouldn’t have had a problem). And he asked her “why would I be charged for extra meat when I’m just replacing meat” and she had no answer besides repeating “I have to charge extra”. He told her he’s gone to multiple subways before and never had this issue. Because of her attitude and being so rude we just left. We’ve never had someone be so rude at subway before and will not be going back to this location. And we’ve both worked in food service in the past so we’re always very nice to food workers, but her rudeness and attitude was completely uncalled for especially when this has never been an issue before.

What makes this worse is we went less than a mile away to the one in downtown Youngsville and he had no problems ordering his sandwich the way he wanted to there, so going forward we will be visiting that one.

I usually have a really nice experience at this location, but not tonight. I went inside to pick up an online order. The store was empty. I didn’t get the associates name, but she was a petite Hispanic female, who was standing at the register. She glanced at me when I opened the door and quickly put her head down to count money. I got to the register and said “hello, I’m picking up an online order”. She never looked up and never said a single word to me for nearly 30 seconds! She then turned around and picked my order up off the rack and said “everything’s in the bag” and walked away! Excuse me?! I usually tip the employees there because they’re always nice and I appreciate all people who work in service - but I’m SOOOOO glad I didn’t leave a tip tonight. I’m never returning to this location. I refuse to ever be disregarded in that way again.

Card “declines” the first time so we had to reinsert said card then it “worked”. Went to check account and said Subway charged twice, tried calling Subway 20 times no response? How can you hear a phone ring that many times and not even acknowledge it. Not enough buffalo sauce. Bathroom was a mess. Do not recommend on my Subway adventure. If I could leave less stars I would but my Doritos were really good.

This is why Subway is losing. I got a 12-inch Italian BMT, 6-inch steak n cheese, and a 6-inch Italian BMT deluxe for $30 (no chips, drinks, or cookies). The meat for the steak n cheese didn't fill the bread. It didn't fill up my 9-year-old kid. They skimped meat on the deluxe. I called order in and checked when I got home. They put so much lettuce on the footlong, it might as well have been a lettuce sandwich.

I'll just take the drive to Jersey Mike's.
