I haven't been to this location in a while and today I remembered why! As usual the women working there are rude and nasty. The seating area was filthy. I imagine if I were Hispanic, I would have received better service!

Love this place and they work with DoorDash. I order probably 3 times a week and am always happy with them. Sometimes the sandwiches are sloppy but they taste great.

This is why Subway is losing.I got a footlong bmt, 6 inch steak n cheese, and a 6 inch italian bmt deluxe for $30 (no chips, drinks, or cookies). The meat 4 the steak n cheese didn't fill the bread. It didn't fill up my 9 year old kid. They skimped meat on the deluxe. I called order in and checked when I got home. They put so mich lettuce on the footlong, it might as well have been a lettuce sndwich.I'll just take the drive to Jersey Mike's.

Not sure why they call this a food place. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was like eating warm garbage. Threw it out after two bites. They spend a lot on celebrity endorsements and nothing on their quality. Disgusting, not sure how subway is still in business.

I have been going to my local Subway in Youngsville,NC since they opened. I have an allergy called Alpha-Gal.I am allergic to mammal meat and it's by products. The cold cut sub is made from turkey products. Everytime I visited, the ladies have always taken care to make my order safely. I have never had a problem. I recently visited and met the Owner Hedal. We had a conversation about my allergy and she personally made my order. I am confident that I will continue to frequent My local Subway and strongly recommend this Store and it's associates.

I came in to order a sub. The girl stays making it but as soon as another customer comes behind me, she works on his sub first. She barely speaks good English. Very upset with this worker

Went in tonight to the subway in the food lion plaza in Franklinton and got two subway club salads. Got them home and found the roast beef to be iridescent. Took them back and let them know the roast beef was bad and they asked what they could do. I said they could open a new pack of roast beef and remake them. Their response, ( I kid you not) was "we're not allowed to open a new pack till we've sold the open pack." Needless to say, that will be the last time I set foot in there. So be forewarned, while it may not be their stated policy, they are certainly are training their staff to serve food known to be bad.

Took over 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me to get my food. Only one person actually working (slowly) and at least 2 other employees audibly laughing and talking in the back. Sanutation Grade was also hidden behind the counter. Assuming it was terrible if you don't want to show it. I won't be returning.

The girl who took my order had an airpod in and was on the phone. That’s why when I asked for a specific order she got it wrong. Also asked if for extra toasted but she didn’t do it. Honestly been to better subways.
