Thanks though to the chick behind you with the short black bob haircut saying something and you still not opening the window to give napkins or apologizing but instead laughing about it. The chick had to apologize for you.

asked for my 5 layer burrito to be toasted, which i personally don’t believe is a ridiculous ask, and the person operating the drive thru said “really”. not to mention this is how i received my order
I went through the drive thru and when I went to order I felt extremely rushed. Every time I ordered something the guy very quickly followed with “anything else” almost before I could finish talking. Even at one point when I ordered a meal that came with a drink said “anything else” before getting my drink! Due to being rushed I forgot to order a bean burrito. I get to the window and I very politely ask “I’m so sorry I forgot to order a bean burrito. Can I please add one to my order”? The guy actually told me “I’ll ask but I don’t think we can you may need to go back around” and I really thought he was joking. He took my card and charged it and actually said “yeah they said no sorry” then handed me my stuff. I was truly in shock. I’ve worked food before and I would NEVER tell this to a customer. I ended up having to park my car and go in, which defeated the purpose of the drive thru. Went to the machine and placed my order for a bean burrito and less than 30 seconds later they handed me a bean burrito. Why was that such a huge deal to take the extra 30 seconds while I was waiting in the drive thru? I’ve NEVER had such poor service and been treated so rudely. What if I was someone disabled/elderly who can’t walk very far? This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be back and it’s disappointing because I’ve never had a bad experience until this point.
Foods always good, but the last few times I've gone I've been missing items, I let them slide if there's a line and they are busy, no big deal, been there, done that, im not upset about it, but tonight, there were 4 cars in the parking lot, all employees, I was the only person there and I some how had missing items again and had to drive 10 mins back to get my food
This taco bell is my favorite. It’s still Taco Bell, but a great location.
Would not recommend, ordered 4 tacos and nachos paid extra to have pico on all of them and be supremes. We got the food none of them came with pico or sour cream. The young lady in the back who made the tacos was telling the young man up front we didnt pay for any extras, when she was the one who made them incorrectly and refused to give us the pico and sour cream. The only helpful person here is brice (the young boy up front). The rest could use a majior lesson in customer service and how to read an order
The food was so disgusting at the Youngsville NC location that I can not rate it for even 1 star someone please go cook for them 😒. The manager and service also rated unsatisfactory . When returning the food the manager went back and forth about bacon not being in a dinner burrito. I told her that she needed to discuss that with her staff because my order was placed 11:30pm at night and that it definitely has bacon. I actually bought the order back for them to quality check. The manager seemed so concerned with my being wrong about the bacon that I told her I have it here for you to inspect no need to have this conversation and that she could simply look at the burrito herself to see what happened. As a customer I was very disappointed with the food and service. Could have just been a bad day we all have them. But the management is surely why I will never return. asked them to make it over I waited about 15mins then told the cashier to cancel the reorder I will patronize another establishment.
Wonderful atmosphere great food sometimes they're a little late but love love love this place. Especially the employee Jennifer! She was really awesome.

I have visited this location many times, they always have the crew working together smoothly to create an enjoyable experience whether inside or via drive thru.
Napkins must not be in their budget..
Ever since this taco bell opened it has had awful service. If you want to place an order? Go ahead and expect for half to be missing every time. Every year I give them a second chance since opening… Hopeful that maybe management will get it together but it doesn’t . SPEND 35$ on food to open the bag and find 3 tacos and a shit load of napkins to what ? Bulk up the bag on everything else missing???? what a joke. If you’re a manager at this Taco Bell you should be ashamed that it’s your name on this location.
