They are really skimping on the meats and the toppings. Things are always cold even though you're waiting for them to be made.

This is the better taco bell in the area they will not complain taking orders at the counter if you wish not to use the kiosk and are nice and friendly the wake forest location should learn from them. But i go here becouse of that. (I only give up to 3☆ on fast food places as a rule becouse in the end it still just a fast food place)

I ordered 5 plain soft tacos cause i get sick and gag from lettuce and most toppings, i get home and all of my tacos have lettuce on them, i got it fast but they got it

All the tacos were cold after only a 5 minute drive home.All were soggy and stuck to wrappers and ended up tossing them all in the trash.So if you're looking for freshly made food, I wouldn't go to this taco bell.

• Used Kiosk - Thought this would avoid any error in the order since its all computerized.• Food was prepared incorrectly. Paid for extra cheese and did not get it. Ask for no tomatoes and they loaded what seamed like extra tomatoes.• This was my third time and last getting a messed up order.I don't know if management changed recently but the service went downhill like a flip of a switch.

Sanitation grade has gone down considerably as has the quality of the service and food being prepared. Employees should practice speaking clear English and not slang with an attitude. UPDATE: now if you go in to order, while you stand at the register reading the menu, an employee will come up not ask you anything but will tell you "the kiosk is behind you" had this happen the past two times i went inside. I'll just go get real Mexican food at the restaurant by O'Reilly's.Customer service has ruined this T.B. location
