WARNING....they do not honor many Bojangles advertised deals, especially the ones on the billboards....they have some on the window they will do ...they are a franchise and do not participate...tables are usually dirty, mostly because employees take breaks and visit with each other complaining about there job...loudly.. the employee on duty took a good 20 minutes to clean a dozen trays while talking and only left when they were called to go work the counter leaving all the the trays blocking the trash bin.. .but hey, the food can be good and tasty when you get it... I am a long term customer and will update when it appears they are addressing this...Update...7/12/2022 ...the speed of service is slowing... The dining room is still usually dirty ... Let's see what happens when the two new restaurants open across the street...Parking: Careful not to park so the drive thru line blocks you in... Happens allot...

So I was waiting for my order to be made and I witnessed one of the cooks in the back putting fries in the fryer with no gloves on, I asked the manager why doesn’t he have on gloves and she told me the cooks don’t wear gloves but I’m watching other cooks with food handling gloves

We have been to many bojangles but the one is zebulon is 100% the best. Food os always fresh and tastes
Most of the time, during peek hours, be prepared to wait if you are going through the drive thru, not every time, but sometimes I will just run in & there will be nobody in line so that can be faster. The food is usually always good. I have been a few times throughout the years and have had bad service while in the drive thru, but I don't let 1 or 2 people keep me from returning somewhere I enjoy. I'm not sure how management keeps up with how some employees act or carry themselves while working, I know customers can sometimes be hard to deal with here and there, but customers should never be mistreated when coming to spend money at any establishment. But again, that doesn't speak for everyone at Bojangles or the quality of the food. I went last week with my daughter for brunch and we enjoyed everything we ordered.
Always fast, friendly, and tasty!! I love the two piece dinner. The lemonade and Mac&cheese are tops with my grandkids, too.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booster seats available. Sporks are great, too.
I didn't love the drive thru taking so long and getting to the window and half of the items they were out of... But the food was cooked to perfection considering it's fast food... The chicken was well seasoned and the biscuit was my favorite part ?

Vegetarian options: Egg & Cheese Biscuit Combo is my go-to: sub cheddar cheese instead of American cheese, bo-rounds with bojangles seasoning, & a sweet tea.Alternatively ordered as a cheddar-bo biscuit combo, add egg; most bojangles will give a side of egg, separate from the cheddar-bo biscuit, that then you would need to manually add to the biscuit yourself. A bojangles employee explained to me that the side egg needs to be added by the customer because the cheddar-bo biscuits are pre-wrapped in tinfoil, so the cheddar melts.*I prefer to order the egg & cheese biscuit combo as a cheddar-bo biscuit add egg—even though it's more of a hastle. The reason is because the cheddars melts within the biscuit & then they wrap the cheddar-bo biscuit in tinfoil, as opposed to the typical paper wrapping of their egg & cheese biscuit.*Downside of ordering as a cheddar-bo biscuit add cheese is that whenever I order as an egg & cheese biscuit sub cheddar cheese—bojangles typically charges 75-85 cents extra, yet still gives American cheese despite the sub cheddar ordered & the extra fee for the cheddar cheese. Awesome! I love biscuits but sometimes the dolly part is just a little too much for me. Fortunately Bojangles has a secret menu hack. If you order your biscuit inside out they pull a lot of the doughy part out. It makes an excellent breakfast sandwich. Keep in mind for some reason some Bojangles don't know about it or haven't been trained so you may want to just make sure because I've gotten biscuits that they literally took the biscuit flipped it around so the outside was on the inside and gave me an inside out biscuit.
