Ordered my food, and forgot to add 2 things to my order. Asked if I could add the two things,and the cashier was going to do it. And abruptly the rude manger said No they can’t add stuff to their order at the front window. Their wasn’t any vehicles behind me at that time.A simple no wouldn’t have been a problem. I will not be going there again.

Arrived at this Burger King location in Zebulon just before closing time tonight. The Employee that took my order, Brittany, was extremely courteous and receptive to courtesy. I apologized for placing an order only within a few minutes of closing time and Brittany assured me it was no problem at all completing my order. She even made everything in my meal fresh. My Original Chicken Sandwich was incredibly delicious and the lettuce was fresh 'n crisp. The Chicken Fries were quite yummy as well. Brittany is a perfect example of how ALL Employees should treat their customers. I am hoping the owner of this establishment will see this review and reward this remarkable Employee accordingly. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication to your business. Highly recommend this Burger King location. FIVE STARS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Michelle and Brittany are fantastic they handle a situation when another manager didn't do her job however these two women were so helpful and polite and took the time to actually hear us as customers thank you so much Brittany and Michelle you two do an amazing job
