I ordered dinner for the family from here Halloween night and it was terrible. My daughters nuggets were cold like they had been sitting for hours and I ordered a bacon king which, they didn’t put a single piece of bacon on. Why charge me for bacon and don’t put any on? Lucky for them I live 15 minutes away and didn’t feel like fighting Halloween traffic again! I’d gladly return this trash.

They gave me a single but charged me for a double. Never eating here again! Check your food!!!! Hire people that can read!!!

I placed an early order when my driver got there the items were unavailable. With drinks I had to go through 4 drinks for availability. Customer service was polite, but I go to restaurants including fast food for preference.

I didn't come here to order food for myself. I'm an Uber Eats driver who came here to pick up an order for a customer. Unfortunately, another driver had come here and stole the order. Luckily, the inside staff were great, especially Brittany and Arely. They went above and beyond helping me contact the customer to confirm they didn't receive their order, and then, remade the order when they didn't have to so I could get the order to the customer. As a result, you have one happy customer and one happy driver. They were extremely nice and helpful in this situation when other restaurants could care less about a delivery or the driver. This is why I rate them 5 stars and would definitely come back for my own food needs. This is what customer service is all about. Thanks! You made my night.

I’ve been to this location several times and anytime I come into this store the manager Brittany is always so welcoming and sweet. Tonight we had an issue with the mobile order I placed and I called to see if they could fix it and she said yes. I came in she fixed everything perfectly and was so so friendly and accommodating

We got here at 8:00pm and usually when you arrive at this time to a fast food place, people aren’t too nice. But they were amazing! So kind to my girls right after a softball game and it was just awesome. The cashier/ front lady working that day was very kind and amazing vibes! My 2 year old didn’t even want to leave without blowing her kisses.
Stopped Sat 9-13-2025 Bryan's Service Was Awesome in the drive through However I would have given 5 stars but there was a few issues. Number one your manager Arelii is inappropriately kissing and touching one of the employees face And doing it all in front of our (the customers faces) Number 2 She DID NOT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE GIVING US OUR FOOD!!!! corporate or the GM needs to seperate the manager and employee this does not look good on the resturant moral. I don't want the touching each other in the face and then touching me and my family food. Other than that will be back.

Me and my Kids came through the drive thru on Wednesday night 8/27/2025. Immediately pulling up We Were greeted and taken care of by Brian and let me tell ya'll he has WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.. AND PEOPLE SKILLS. Upper Manangement seriously needs to consider promoting him to be a Manager?! If he willing to be one. You can really tell he cares about the business and customers coming back. I ordered the whooper meal and my kids got the 6pc nugget meals. He gave my kids the crown hats and no one at this location never done that. And gave the service that Brian gave us tonight. As long as he is there we will return. Thank yall and keep up the good work👑💖

Food was good but was very disappointed with the brisket burger nothing like what is shown in the pictures and on TV hardly any brisket on the sandwich not worth the price for a tea spoon of brisket will not be getting this again don't waste your money
