I had my girlfriend go there a couple of days ago I had the taste for some chicken it was around 7 I ordered a 2piece dark meal the chicken tasted like it had been cooked and old grease the only thing that was good was the mash potatoes

Ordered the 8 piece chicken tenders with sauce had 4 sauce on ticket didn't get any ask for honey mustard and only gave me 2 ask for 2 more and she said they were 30 cents each that ridiculous 2 sauces for 8 tenders
Chicken was HORRIBLE, smelled like old grease. The manager i guess (she had on black) was BORING, no greeting, no smile, no NOTHING. I didn't feel like going back for a refund but I won't be going back 😕

I have gave this location in Zebulon NC several opportunities to get things right! I am not sure why it is so hard to get an order correct let alone the customer service. Every single time I have placed the order at this location. It has been incorrect either a missing sauce or they stop cooking something at a certain time or the wrong drink. I mean delicious just goes on and on. I work in customer service. I am also in the people business so I tend to give people a little more leniency because people or people you never know what people are going through or what they have going on. But this location would be the very last resort. Just be prepared to have your order half right it will never will be 100% unless it is a basic order meaning not asking for any extras like sauce, condiments or even something as simple as utensils. Go here at your own risk, but you really just cannot make these things up!
