First we waited at the register over 10 minutes to place our order. My husband ordered the 4 pc tender combo with m. potatoes and tea. He got recooked dry nearly burned chicken with cold French fries. I orders the 8 pc nugget combo with m potatoes and dt pepsi. Part of my nuggets were like rubber. Got my Pepsi and it had no carbonation in it. Tried a second drink. Same thing. Went to the counter and was told none of the drinks had any carbonation. They had water and sweet tea to drink. We waited 25 minutes after ordering to get this horrible meal. I’m not a fan of other chicken places but we will never go back to this KFC, Zebulon NC.

Good, is what it is. Standard as always. The people working here are all younger, all of them have attitudes. You can tell it's the new generation working. I do not expect anyone to act like my best friend while you are working but acting like an entitled brat is not going to get you a friendly customer.

I never leave bad reviews because I just don’t feel like it’s worth it but this time it was! I came to get dinner for my family at 9pm after work. As soon as I pull up to the intercom I was asked what I wanted and I asked for a moment, the person in the intercom proceeded to tell me his headset was on a timer and would shut off if I didn’t order soon. Didn’t make sense but I’ve never worked at taco bell before. I had to order for 3 of us but as soon as I finished saying the first order he gave me the total and I politely said I wasn’t finished. Someone else then jumped on the intercom and said to finish my order at the window with with an attitude but I needed the menu. Anyway I pulled up to the window explaining that I still needed the menu so I was directed to go back to the intercom. I finally finish ordering my food and paid, I then got directed to wait at mobile pick up for fries…. It’s been 35 minutes I just finished writing this bad review still waiting on my whole order just for fries
Seems like they only care to serve the drive thru customers, all tables dirty , floors sticky , took 30 mins to get a 2 person order , then not given any napkins , nothing on the counter , have to wait to ask some one for anything napkins / ketchup/ forks

Just finished my lunch from this KFC. I will give them one star because the cashier was friendly. Other than that my experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered the 5 Tender Big Box, which is supposed to come with 2 sides, a biscuit, and a drink. When I got my order the box with the food was left open, was missing the biscuit, and only had 4 tenders. It seemed almost like they had started putting together my order, but didn't finish it before giving it to me. I wouldn't come here again.Also a side note, one of my favorite drinks from KFC is the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew, which is only available at KFC. This location does not have this drink, which added to my disappointing experience.

I wasn’t even going to write a review because I get it some people have bad days & I am learning black women are just bitter. The young lady working the drive through with the burgundy braids (take them out when you get off too) , the least you can do if you don’t have good soft skills or a welcoming personality ensure the food is accurate, she got mad because I asked her for some hot sauce gave me 8 packs of hot sauce (I used 2 packs) for a 2 piece and left my corn out of the order, repeated my order twice and she read it back to me
