I went to little Caesar’s on Friday 8/15/25 and got two pizzas both was on the dark side (burnt). Went back as they offered on 8/16/25 spoke with Monica who was working that morning and they need her on both shifts to cook. Everything was cooked just right and so good that I had to pull over and eat. To the manager at lease let her train the other cooks. Thanks Monica and I will not eat unless you cook fr.

Always takes forever here, multiple times have I ordered two pizzas, nothing special, one cheese one pepperoni and it has taken them over an hour. Multiple people I know say it always takes them long here. Half the time it’s wrong and the pizza is soggy. Staff is rude most the time.

I went to get the fantastic 4 pizza I saw on tv. What I got was a terrible aittude for Ms.Monica H. She couldn’t hear my name so I spelled it for her. Upon the return to pick up my pizza it looked nothing like the ad nor did it look appetizing. After Ms. Monica rolled her eyes and told me “My Momma” the said manger came to refund me my money. Then they went on giving away free pizza, but not the one they made for me. The guy form the back with the funny color eyes said that the pizza they had for me was to old to give away. 18yr olds can’t be the foundation of Lil’Cesars pizza and this just can’t be the way The company Lil’Cesars does business for homegrown locals!

I got give it to the guys working at closing on July 27th. It's late at night and yet they still gave me great customer service from the moment I walked in until I walked out. The food was good as always, I've never had a bad experience.

I had an order for 2 cheese pizzas with extra cheese and 3 order of the cheese puffs. The pizzas had No sauce on either and bothe were burnt. They were from grandsons and they took a look and was like nope. The puffs were dry and hard no taste at all. They were busy but that order should not have went out like that.

The pizza i got on June 28th was the absolute worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I would have asked for my $33 back but I stay 30 miles away. I won't be buying this crap ever again. Pizza was white and under cooked my dog would not eat it

Stopped to grab dinner after a busy day. Forgot to order ahead not realizing that some deals are online only. Tae was very kind and helped me get the best deal for my money. He went above and beyond. Definitely will be back because of his customer service and kindness.
Food was ready fast. And they got my large order correct. Not the best batch of little Caesar’s I’ve had. Kinda dry and just not very good.

Was given a very dry,shriveled up pizza with no taste.I couldn't even buy it.No one would eat that.Wont go back! Please check before you buy! Honestly! It's well enough for a hogs pen.Service was so bad.I had to go to the back for it,then some guy said I will be a few.I waited for nothing.Wont make that mistake agaìn.They wanted $17.00 for dried out crust! Not! I guess the 5 star people are only friends and family.All I got was shriveled pizza dough and hard to get service. Disappointed because my grandson loves pizza.

I have come here quite often. It was a whole different deal today. I will be hesitant to return. Usually everything is spot on but today the pizza was just incredibly substandard. Like Papa John's yucky. Come on guys I know you can do better. Take a little bit of pride in your work and pick up your customer service game.

The men working there on April 30, 2025 gave AWFUL customer service. I ordered the wings and normally it comes with 8pcs, I only got 6 and when I tried to ask what solutions they could offer, they hung up on me. I suggest you rethink about the people you hire, preferably with better customer service.
